The young gal that works there (Jizz/Jazz?). Is very rude. I spoke to others in the Conway Post Office. They have said the same thing. She is so very rude. Because of her rudeness, I send my children in there now to get our mail. And I'm missing 2 packages from Ipsy. My email states my June and August glam bags were delivered. I never received them. I pay for them every month. I am wondering if the girl working there has stolen them. I am filing a claim about my missing packages through usps website.

I am beyond dissapointed with the new clerk that has been hired at the local Conway post office. This has always been a great place to receive EXCEPTIONAL customer service; however, they have placed a young, unfriendly, unprofessional, and uncaring individual in this position. I am tired of not being greeted, not being able to park in a customer slot outside because she has to park her car there, and the total lack of personality. She never says hello... I am lucky to get a grunt. How dissapointing that USPS has chosen to assign a customer service job to someone that doesn't have an ounce of it.
