Today, 02/09/17 I placed an item in my mail box to be picked up. At approximately 2:20pm I went out to check my mail and discovered that the mail that I placed to be picked up was still in the box, and my incoming mail was there as well. It seems to me that if the delivery person is placing mail in the box, that they should be picking up outgoing mail as well. I have been having troubles with my mail delivery for quite sometime now. This is not the first complaint that I have had. The weather isn't great today, with some rain and lots of slush on the ground. My mailbox area is clean and easily accessed (much easier than most in my neighborhood).
