I keep getting packages delivered to the wrong address or just never delivered to mine. This happens about once a month. What kind of training do the postal carriers receive, as it seems that the do not know how to do their job. Where is the accountability here? This is ridiculous. USPS get your act together, as we are tired of spending extra time and money due to your laziness and incompetence!!!

Re: Tracking number 6102190702484973 Hello. I received a notification that this package was delivered to my mailbox yesterday, 8/1/2023. This package was not received. The mailbox is a locked mailbox & shows no signs of tampering. I flagged down the mail carrier today. He remembers scanning the item, says it felt like a T-shirt (which it is), but does not recall anything else. I unlocked the mailbox & we checked it together - the package is not there. He advised that I contact the merchant, Title Nine, which I did by email. I tried contacting the Deer Park Postmaster by email at but the email was undeliverable. Please advise how this matter will be rectified. Thank you for your help.

The deer park post office is a joke!! The mail carriers are not trained in the art of placing the correct mail in the correct boxes. Forwarding mail when you move is non-existent. It has been 6 months and we have yet to get our mail delivered to my new address. Customer service, HA!! good luck reaching anyone. You Tube the local news station, They had Deer Park post office on the news for being the worst!!

I am tired of my packages being left on the top of my mail box or hanging off the handle and my box is at the street. I guess they don't care weather you receive your packages or not. No more Christmas presents for the USPS

I have lived here for over 20 years, and the mail service has gotten progressively worse over time. The current person delivering to our address is the absolute worst ever. She throws our packages out in the driveway, and if it snows it's easy to drive over them, and most of the time she delivers our packages to our neighbor. It's a constant state of exchanging mail or delivering mail to neighbors up to a mile away. We have contacted the postmaster, who was not open to hearing complaints. Nothing has changed. The delivery person's latest trick is to just leave the mailbox door open for all to see, and then the snow blows in & fills up the mailbox. I don't know what to do next, but our service here is totally unacceptable.

I expect when I go to a Fed. Office building, COVID 19 protocols will be in place. You were happily serving unmasked patrons, when over 400,000 people have died. D.P. Is is not immune to COVID-19, but ignorance is rampant,

F-ck you and your mask mandate. The covid death toll is fraudulent. But people dying or developing medical problems from the vaccines is exploding. So shut the f-ck up and die from your cure already.

DO NOT LET THEM TELL YOU SOMEONE STOLE YOUR PACKAGES, IF YOU HAVEN'T RECEIVED THEM! THEY DELIVER TO WRONG ADDRESS ALL THE TIME AND THEN DON'T WANT TO HELP YOU! This is very much so an ongoing issue! Ever since I moved here I have received THE worst mail service EVER! This is just the last straw and this time they never even got back to me! I had two packages that showed delivered. They weren't in my mail box or my package box so I called the post office. A very nice young lady said that "oops" she sees that they were delivered to the wrong address, because they have some sort of tracking on each package to see where it got delivered. She said that the next day when the mail carrier is in the area they will get the packages from the wrong house and deliver to me. Next day I watch the mail go right by and never deliver anything. I wait a couple hours and then call in again. I man then answered and tells me " NO" they didn't get delivered to the wrong house I don't know why someone else told you that....... He then proceeds to tell me that he has calls that no one else in my area received their packages either and there must be a thief going around and taking packages. I KID YOU NOT THIS IS WHAT HE SAID TO ME!!! The thing is I DID receive other packages that day from fed ex and they were there. So I said, " why would someone take some packages and not the others"???? He was supposed to call me back but never did. That evening my neighbor brought me all my mail and packages I was missing. They had been delivered to his house by mistake. THE REASON NO ONE IN THE AREA GOT THEIR PACKAGES IS BECAUSE YOU CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO DELIVER THE MAIL PROPERLY!!! WE ALL JUST GO AROUND AND EXCHANGE PACKAGES!!!

I have been very disappointed with this Post Office. We mail something and it doesn't arrive for a few weeks [in Spokane!] and then we get a notice that packages have been delivered and they haven't. Don't blame it on COVID because it's been like this for years! I dond't know who's running this office, but they need to start paying attention like it's a real job. I'm not the only only one complaining...

This has got to be the worst post office I've ever had to deal with. Not only are they unprofessional, but irresponsible. I've had my box for a little over two years. I was told that I wasn't allowed to have a mailbox because of my address. Even though all of my neighbors have mailboxes. I was recently informed that I have always been allowed a mailbox. When I purchased my box I was also asked for a list of people that were allowed to receive mail in that box. I have received mail for people that are not on my list constantly, I've asked them to correct this, it has not happened. Recently I mixed up my renewal date for my box, I gladly paid the late fee and renewal fee. I go to check my mail and I still had a lock on my box. After receiving numerous phone calls from legal connections, my power company, insurance company and DOMV that all of my mail had been returned to them. They kept the lock on my box after telling me it would be removed since I was current on my bill. The clerk I dealt with about the lock was the same clerk that has told me numerous times she would correct the mail mishaps. Jess clerk #09 should not be allowed to handle USPS, she does not follow through on her job. Your mail is not safe in her hands.

Hospice mailed out 2 separate shipments of end of life meds for a family member via priority mail. Deer Park post office held each of the shipments over 5 days before putting them in my box. Dates are noted on the mailers. The last shipment came 3 days after my family member passed. The staff down there refuse to do their jobs and need to be fired. I went down to complain but the girls in the back were just goofing off throwing their water bottles in the air and walking around. The poor guy handling the line in front was by himself and had many people in there. I decided to hold my complaint until they were less busy. Need new staff down there. Hospice said they have this problem a lot with this post office.

I sent money in a birthday card and it was stolen along with the card missing. Only time I had issues with the post office. Other mail was always fine, which leads me to believe someone opened up the card, knowing it was a card and possible money in it. (I know I shouldn't have done that, but never had problems with it before). Other than that, mail service can be slower than normal deliveries in other us mail locations.

I have a complaint, my mail is not delivered or if it is, it is placed in our neighbors mailboxes. Deer Park post office is not answering their phones and if they do they put you on hold for 20 to 30 minutes. We live in this area for 14 years and the problem has never been fixed, it gets fixed after the complain and then it starts all over again. My question is, why are we paying such high taxes for job that is not done?
