The Postmaster told a woman that Glenn Cerio could film in the Post office. How stupid are you? You are in charge. Poster 7 says only with your permission! Do your job put his ass out!

The shipping details on my package show that it went to Federal Way Post Office on April 23, was sent to Renton Washington (incorrect sort), sent back to Federal Way on April 26, sent to Portland OR and then Bell Gardens CA, back in Federal Way May 1. I tried to call the Federal Way PO and no one answered the phone. Is there anyone there who can correctly route my package? The zip code is 97435.

USPS is the worst shipping company ever. My package are always late or get lost during shipment. Tried calling. Goodluck with the wait and being disconnected. They are cheap but you get what you pay for.

Jessie, have your local post office contact the Seattle NDC Package Inquiry Team via email, and they can reprogram the barcode to go to the correct address. The majority of the time, there aren't human beings sorting the packages, and there may be something else causing the "looping." By having your local post office contact the NDC, which is where this is happening, not Federal Way Post Office, they can program the computers to grab that package by the zip code and get it where it's supposed to go.

3 packages have been sent to my old address in Federal Way where one already arrived and two are in transit. They need intercept. However, the website doesn’t let me submit the form and nobody is receiving the phone to process this problem at the post office. I sent two emails regarding this issue so please get back to me ASAP.

Hi Audrey. This station doesn't have any mail carriers, so doesn't deliver to any street addresses in Federal Way. You want to get a hold of Twin Lakes Post Office. If you can't use the Package Intercept form online, then use the mail form at https://usps.force.com/emailus/s/ to open a case, and the Twin Lakes staff will have to review the situation under the purview of Consumer Affairs. They should be able to help you, and if you specify it, can either call you back or email you.

I sent a package to Spanaway Wash. From Eugene Oregon, on May 13th, it was to arrive in Spanaway on May 15th. Today is May 21, and the package has been at Federal Way P. O. for days. Know body seems to know anything. Unbelievable!!

You're looking at the Seattle Network Distribution Center, also located in Federal Way, at 34301 9th Ave S. Have your local post office contact the "SeattleNDCPackageInquiry" in their Outlook directory for tracking assistance.

Absolutely ridiculous!!! My package again was left in my flower garden and in the pouring rain. This has happened several times. They tell Amazon they have left it on the porch. They lie!!!! It was at the road, sidewalk and in my garden, laying on a bunch of Dalias. I'm outraged!!! Poorest service I have ever seen. No wonder folks are leaving the USPS.

All deliveries in the city of Federal Way, both 98023 and 98003, are delivered out of Twin Lakes Post Office, 98023. Federal Way is just a finance station. No carriers are located here or available to this station.

They DO NOT answer the phone during regular business hours! Have called repeatedly from 9am - 3pm and they have the machine on! Wanted to reach them regarding a 2-day Priority Mail pkg that wasn’t able to be delivered and wanted to find out the status as tracking has not been updated...ANNOYING!

There's no one to answer the phones. Service issues are queued to call OUT, not answer in. These service issues are created by going to https://www.usps.com/help/contact-us.htm, or calling 800-275-8777.

Can not get our mail delivery regularly at our business...In 6 months we have had over 5 different carriers... And I ask one of them why she did not show up the day before... And her stupid answer was I had no mail to delivery... I said I had over 50 letters to go out... I had to take them to the post office my self (she did not care). And now this latest one 4 days ago..dumped our mail in the shop stuffed behind the phone on the wall???... I chased her down and told her our front door was in the front of the building with a big office and reception area where our mail is like every other business. She now has not returned in 3 days???

I am the president of the Killarney Woods Home Owners Association. We. the residents of Killarney Woods, are having a problem getting our rent payments from here, (98003), to Renton, (98059), within a reasonable time. Many of our residents send in their payments on the first of the month and they still have not arrived in Renton on the 6th. This is unacceptable. More than six days from Federal Way to Renton? On the first of February I put my payment in the out box in our mailbox group before the carrier came to pick up. I expected it to be in Renton in two days but I received a call this morning, (the 6th), that it had not arrived there yet. Once again... unacceptable. In the past I have sent letters across the country in 5 days. If this was the first incidence I would just figure that something went wrong with my particular letter however I have heard from several residents about this problem. It needs to be fixed. Thank you

I am searching for a package that I ordered on July17th and still have not received. Both Ketchikan (99901) and Ward Cove (99928) tell me it is stuck in the Federal Way Pot Office. It is 2 blouses and a small purse. The USPO tracking number is:9261292700990148080092. What is the hold up?
