I understand that bad weather can cause delays in mail delivery but the Eatonville employees lied to Amazon and us about attempting to deliver. What happened was some of the postal workers simply would not work and no attempt was made to deliver. I got notified that I could go to the post office and pick up my mail and packages. I went to the post office to be told everything was in a pile and they simply could not help me. Is there no professionalism in the Eatonville Post Office?

Trying to find out why 2 packages are out for delivery in Sumner WA instead of Eatonville WA. Their published local phone number just rings. Multiple tries so far today (6 Jul). Nobody answers. Not much help there. The 800 number is even less help. Tried calling the Sumner local phone number. Same thing as Eatonville. Nobody answers. What a system.

My family started an on line business here in Eatonville, WA. Our company has grown to where we need pick up for our packages. Over 400 packages put out each month. The post office here has 5 different people through out the month picking up our packages. The postoffice has lost over $8k worth of merchandise in the past year alone. The postal worker picking up would not scan packages from our home and so not being scanned some disappeared and some show in the system. Not being shown means no warranty reimbursement and so out of pocket twice for the same customer, the loss and cost to replace the order. Theft is common with Eatonville postal service. We have made complaints but on deff ears. We spent over $120k in postal cost last year alone. One would think that kind of money would result in action but not as to date.

The eatonville post office is a pain in the butt. Still having problems with the lady who delivers to me for over 3 freaking years. The post master wont do anything about and I know for a fact I an not the only one who has problems with her.

It seems like we get a different mail carrier every other day. I’ve been getting the wrong mail I even get mail with a P.O. Box address on it. This Tuesday and Wednesday we didn’t get our mail delivered until 7:30 pm and yesterday we didn’t get mail delivered at all. They are the worst post office I’ve ever seen. This isn’t the first time this has happened. When you call they get rude or you get a message saying not to leave a message.

Called in about a package that should have been delivered. The guy asked another person about my package. The lady said I had two so I told them I would drive in and pick them up. I waited about an hour before I left. I stood in line for about 20min than got up to the counter asked for my package he went back for probably a minute and came back and said it hadn’t been sorted yet and to come back. Very in professional and didn’t take the time to get my packages. Worst service.

Horrible service, if you live where they won't deliver (in town) and your mail comes with your street address as well as your pob #they send it back.A lot of companies won't send to a pob without a street address. Three times I've asked them to hold my mail they shoved as much as they could into the box and sent all the rest back to senders. Why do they require you to fill out the paper work and they won't do their job. This post office sucks big time...

Half of the time they leave a note saying sorry I missed you trying to deliver a package. Last one the garge door was open.I walked out as they were driving away from my box and the note was left inside.I don't drive. I live 3 miles from town. They are lazy.

Mail was stolen multiple times from the same mail lady delivering off MT. HWY. Postmaster was reported the incident. Nothings been done about her steeling packages (taking money from cards/resealing packages). She won't deliver to the house. Just keeps honking until someone comes out but she's "friends" with the Eatonville branch so nothing will be done about it.

theres a lady that steals packages and honks on the horn and keeps it honked until you walk up to her truck and shes got a big smirk when she does it ive had drivers nod out on opiates in my driveway also they have been throwing packages deep into the bushes and hiding or stealing them yesterday was the last straw with my package they said they delivered but never showed up i think they felt the packaging and kept it on purpose because it was expensive

A fragile package was delivered to my house. The mail person literally threw it over our gate without any protective covering and on the ground. I am very unhappy and irritated by this.

They put mail in wrong po boxes regularly. They can't seem to get people their packages and deny them being there even when the shipping details show it arrived there at 3am. Terrible customer service from the women. Never a pleasant experience there.
