The obese woman with the shaved sides of her head and the one pony tail in the center of her head has to be the laziest and rudest postal employee I've ever encountered. She seems to be there just looking for a way to get a check for a "workplace accident" or "discrimination" because she makes an active effort to look like she's fresh out of a psych ward and is absolutely terrible to everyone who comes to the counter. The town doesn't deliver mail and only has po boxes, so if a package has a physical address on it (where ups/fedex/dhl hands it to the postal service for last mile deliveries), the gal will make a conscious effort to send it back as "undeliverable" because either she won't do her job and reference the registered po box number for an address or wants to see everyone and all the local businesses struggle from her behavior. It was great service until she showed up and how it's a terrible experience anytime we need to pick up or send anything that doesn't use a stamp.

The service we receive now regarding packages is unacceptable...up to 2 days after carrier says package is available before it is actually processed and ready for pick-up. The lady working there is awesome, but clearly more staff are needed.
