My package went from FL to Washington, DC, to my USPS in Arlington, Va. then sent to Woodbridge, Va. I live 5 minutes away from my post office. Why they sent my package to Woodbridge, Va is unknown to me. This is not my 1st Rodeo with this particular Arlington USPS. (We have a wonderful letter carrier and he had nothing to do with this or past incidents.) A year or so ago, they even re- routed a package with my correct address from my local CVS to Arlington, Indiana! I received such wonderful service at the Woodbridge USPS. The Postal employee actually answered the phone, verified it had the correct address, he was very professional, and he searched for my package. He told me they send packages to the correct addresses when this happens & I should check my tracking tomorrow. All I am saying is - if you think your service isn’t good, be just be thankful you don’t have the same local USPS that we have up here. - I received stellar service from this Woodbridge USPS.

Two weeks ago, went to the post office and rented a P.O. Box. Today, I get a notification from my insurance company a letter sent to me has been returned as “undelivered.” Why am I paying for a service that I’m not receiving? In the process of moving and have no idea where my mail may end up…old address, P.O. Box or just returned to sender.

Just called the post office several times and the phone was picked up and then hung up. The 800 number dose not provide any of the options I need for my issues. The post office has fail the public and now it very evident that their customer service is not existing. It sad to see how USPS struggled to say in business when the government wanted to shut it down but now I see what everyone is saying about the services it provide. My goodness the public and business are what keeps you in business but I guess USPS dose not care about that. Horrible service and I will be using Fedex and others instead of this wicked service.

Just called this office twice and it rings 3 times and then I hear the same message from another customer playing asking for information on a package. This is unbelievable. The ineptitude of this office is astounding. How does this even happen? They never answer the phone even when it is working so if you read this don't bother calling. Totally useless.

Trees need to be trimmed as they are so low they hit cars....scrape sides and top of pickup trucks. Parking lot is full of ruts pot holes. Gov does not care about your personal vehicles.

The mailbox is leaning and you can see the concrete coming out the ground I am concerned because kids in the morning are playing around that box and I would hate for it to fall over

Any idea when we're going to get our daily mail again? My neighborhood has been cleared of snow since Tuesday noon, we can get in and out without trouble. Sure would appreciate getting my mail.

Please close my mailbox when delivering mail. Went to get my mail out the box and it was on the lawn/street and the lid on the mailbox was open. This has happen previously: however, I just thought it was a onetime thing....NOT SO!!! Please close the door.

really bad, very bad service. mail delivery is substandard. sad to see a Federal agency so bad. we are not getting our mail and getting utility services disconnected because of it. The crazy part is that our mail address is a PO box in the Post Office building itself! Heart breaker.

my daughter same me before father day a card with a gift card and I have not received it, her father in law that live about 4 miles from here receive the gift card two days laters, i think the post man put it in somebody else mail box because it happen very often with me, some time I receive mail from somebody that live about 4 blocks from here with complete different address, and some time my neighbor bring me my mail that the mail man put it on his mail box. the gift card she dent it first class mail. I try to call the post office in my location but it sound busy all the time, the phone number I try to call is 703-878-2715, is anybody working there?

I went out of town for a week and was supposed to get my mail the next day. I waited until 5pm for my mail and it did not arrive. I called and was informed I had a 29_35 minute wait. The phone was answered but no one said anything after I had waited an hour I kept calling out for someone to answer and after 15 minutes I hung up and called again to get someone else. Now they say I have 18_20 something minutes before I can speak to someone. This ridiculous and I needed my mail because I had something that had to be faxed today. This service is lousy and j hope this go to someone who can do something about these complaints. This is why I feel the service is not good enough for a raise in stamps or other services. There is no number you can get to call the postal general because I would call him. I will wait the allotted time than will call again tomorrow even though my chance at getting something g faxed I. Time to be of use to me is gone. Thanks allot.

A package I sent to my sister went to Dumfries PO because it had a 22026 zip instead of 22025 (it used to be 22026 and was changed at some point; didn't know). The person I spoke to at that PO didn't know where it was, but said it should have been sent to Prince Wm PO, because they deliver to 22025. I have been calling all morning (I mean repeat dialing, not just calling once in a while) for almost an hour and cannot get through, only get busy signal. No waiting for next representative or anything, just a busy signal. No email address; no other option for contacting. So apparently there is no way to find out if this PO has the package, which has been missing since 6:00 am on Friday March 24th. Very poor performance Postal Service. Both for losing a pack n play (huge item, not some little itty bitty thing that could fall down behind something), and for not having a customer service that allows me contact them and find out what is happening. So delivery F; customer service F.

Twice this week, packages clearly addressed to my home have been delivered to others ... one down the street and one on a different street. Thanks to honest neighbors who brought the packages to my address! Then, to my surprise this morning, another package, according to tracking info, was delivered last night. I guess to yet another address, because I didn't receive it. This is ridiculous!

Just went here to get my updated passport since I called this morning and they told me walk ins until 4pm however, when I show up at 1:30 they tell me they are done for the day because they are too busy. There were 5 people sitting in the waiting room. This is an extension of our government? Terrible customer service.
