I have never dealt with a more incompetent group of individuals than the staff at this post office.

Mail has been in my mail box for two days, these are cards which I wanted them to receive before their birthday not after.

I was to receive a registered letter on Thursday. The carrier never came to my door (was home the entire day, painting). They put a “sorry we missed you” note in my condo mailbox, which is a bank of boxes. They did not try to deliver the next day either. Called Seapines PO, supervisor Nancy, who was quite rude told me it would be delivered today, Saturday. Your process and execution of your only task sucks.
