Lady at window was very rude to me on Christmas Eve. Me and another service member asked if she was open because we did not understand the sign she had posted on the window stating 0830-1200 hours of operation for the holidays, The window was closed where mail was to be picked up, which led us to question if she was really open or not. She became really rude and said "do you not see the sign posted on the window". I said I do see the sign, but the window was closed and it was 11:00, the time I normally pick up mail, so I'm just asking a question. She said "well I'm not going to open the door for 45 minutes, for what?" I then told her she was being very rude and there are plenty of people who would love to have her job. She told me "it won't be you, girl bye, get your mail and leave". I asked if she had anything for my command, and she just walked away and came back with a paper for me to sign. I asked for a pen and she told me to bring my own next time, with an attitude. I was like really Lady, and told her to have a Bless Day! Being that it will be Christmas the next day, I thought she would at least be friendly and welcoming, instead, she had the most awful attitude anyone could experience. Very BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE experience on the morning of Christmas Eve! :(
