Hey, Post Office guys!! I put in a change of address at the beginning of December. I was wondering if that ever got through?? I changed the address from:
3584 Sumerduck Rd
Sumerduck, VA. 22742
To:
P.O. Box 5203
Bay Shore, NY.
11706
I was hoping that it would be effective before now. Can you help me on this?? I'm supposed to be getting some legal documents and some medications transportation transfered to the Bay Shore P.O. Box. Let me know if there's a problem. I'm not getting any mail yet.
Cheers!!

In trying to be a very patient customer, I have not said a lot about the poor service I receive at my home. It is to the point I can no longer remain quiet. I need my packages delivered consistently, every time. The mail person, Ida, who delivers to my home, will NOT bring the packages to the porch. I have two chairs sitting under the eves for packages to be set and stay, for the most part, dry. UPS, FedEx, DHL have no problem getting all packages to my porch, why can this not be the case with packages from USPS. I have found them on the drive, where they are, literally, just rolled out of the carrier's vehicle; sometimes they are set on a chair in my driveway, they have been set on the tail gate of my truck and sometimes they went missing for a couple of days only to be found laying, wet, in the middle of my driveway. I have asked, repeatedly for the packages to be be left at the office and a note left in my mailbox. I cannot even get that to happen with any regularity. The clerk, at the office, has asked about having a dog, which I do. One dog, who is always with me, inside or out. If Ida honks, he will bark and if out side, will most times, run to her vehicle and I will be right behind him. In the VERY rare circumstances that I am not right there, she does not have to get out of her truck. But if she honks and see's nothing within a few seconds, there is no dog out side.
I really REALLY want consistency in my delivery. I do not have to order through companies on line, but I know it helps said company as well as the shipping industry. If something does not change, I will look into other shipping arrangements.
Thank you.
The same thing happens at my house we have a dog that is never outside without us. Sometimes I hear a horn honk but most times I don't and yes sometimes packages are in my husband's truck sitting between the cars behind the cars where they could get run over. It is indeed very frustrating.
