Postal Locations

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our driver Laurie Wells. I am a frequent shopper on Amazon so our mail lady is at our house quite often. She is always very respectful with our packages as well as our property. She is also the only "stranger" our dog Yuki likes. I don't know if she knows but I have a security system and cameras all over my yard so I can see when she comes and goes, I can also hear what she says... She talks to Yuki every time she stops to deliver our packages and leaves her a doggie biscuit! <3 Yuki gets so excited when she sees Laurie and to hear her talk to our dog like she is one of her own makes my whole entire day! She is so sweet and kind and caring! To know that I can trust Laurie not only with my packages and mail but to be kind to our dog and to be so respectful of our property really, really makes me feel at ease. I called in today and spoke with one of the supervisors Richard about Ms. Wells and he was just as kind as she is! He spoke so wonderfully about his employees which was wonderful to hear and also a sign of a great leader. I love our post carriers in Powhatan! They work hard and bust their butts to take care of all of us!

This Post Office is a joke! Been calling for hours..... busy signal!!! No opportunity to leave a message or call back for service with an issue. You obviously do not take calls. You work your folks, that I now "know" at the desk to death, while the head "honchoes" sit on their butts in the office. Shame on you! Shows government is inept......

Live on Flint Hill-Lake Shawneen side.Came home yesterday and found a box on the ground at the base of the mail box. Slightly to large to fit in. Would prefer to pick up at post office rather than take a chance on having boxes stolen!

Post Office box access hours are available on both Saturday and Sunday yet your above posted hours of operation show "closed." Suggest you make the necessary corrections.
