My postal service deliver is awful we don’t get half of our mail or we get someone else’s mail I emailed and told the postal worker at the Petersburg office and they feed me a bunch of lies I need an investigation done there because when I go there they are nasty when i call they make excuses and lie so I am about to let the news station know what’s going the employees there are incompetent and rude!
You have been misdilivering mail for 4 years. RTS UNDELIVERABLE is what was written on all for years, Since 2018. The usps still misdilvered mail. A person's ballot was not delivered because I am not "Allison chapman".usps said i cant say you are dumb. Go f×ck yourself my 1st amendment right. You I receive another Allison Chapman willful negligence charges will be filed.
I have an app that I use that tells me what is suppose to be delivered each day. I have not received my mail for 3 days. My email shows that I have two checks and a personal letter with other random mail that has not been delivered. Why is this allowed? I had a mail carrier that retired and I never had any issues. Now, I can't seem to get my mail for days. S Crater Rd has big issues now with mail service.
I had a package that kept coming back to the 23803 office I spoke with Lisa on several occasions Despite being busy at the office she took my many calls and found my package Every conversation we had was polite and professional She is an awesome employee and should be recognized for her pleasant and efficient work ethic
I’ve had mail in the box for three days now waiting to be taken. One of them has a deadline. Is the mail person supposed to come every day because they certainly don’t know my neighborhood.
I ordered an iPad screen protector. A glass screen protector. It was in my mail box the exact day it was suppose to be delivered. Great job.

I scheduled a Priority Mail package pick-up for 05/02/2020, for normal delivery time and received an email confirmation. At 4:20 AM, on 05/02/2020 I received an email stating that package had been picked-up, when it was still in my possession! Carrier delivered mail to my subdivision at 11:10 AM and did NOT pick-up my package. My son had to carry the package to the post office.
At 5:52 pm Wednesday, April 10, 2019 on phone line 800 275 8777, live agent told me i had to wait until my package reached the post office which actually delivers mail before i could submit a request to hold mail and seriously argued with. She also said there was a service which would cost 14.00 which would do this. This is not online protocol and conflicts with us postal delivering where in all likelihood mail will ne delivered to address where no one will be to accept it. Dont agree with this agent and UPS hold mail is very much simplier to do. Ebay sent this way not me.
On August 10, a mail carrier stuffed my mail box with my mail, two soft packages and a box that was at least 3ft in length. At least two feet was sticking out of my mail box. This is unacceptable. Packages could have been stolen, knocked out of the box or if the weather was bad, damaged. We live off the road and packages should have been delivered to the house!!!!
I want to complain about my carrier I have put my mail out there for the past two weeks to be picked up and she does not do so she puts the mail in and goes on like fast. It’s the same carrier that we have been dealing with for a long time now I know during Christmas I ordered my daughter a cell phone through the mail which I did not receive the people told me that it was delivered here no box was ever dropped off at my door or my mailbox she did not even attempt to do anything as far as dropping off packages are delivering mail besides just down in the mail and going about a business she doesn’t read it she gave us some neighbors mail she believes she stole my phone that was delivered here for Christmas Because the people had told me that it was delivered and it was not delivered here so must been delivered and her hands also like I said I reported it nothing was done same carrier that we’ve been dealing with for many months now

We keep receiving mail that belong to our neighbors. Example: 24505 lake drive North Dinwiddie Va. 23803 receives 24505 River Road North Dinwiddie Va 23803 mail. The last mail was medication delivery given to one of other neighbors. This has been happening about 6 weeks. Please correct this problem!
