The mail delivery in my neighborhood is horrible. I live right next to the High School. There is no consistency in our mail delivery what so ever. Sometimes mail is at our home by11:30a.m other days it is 3:30 p.m. My parrnts live on elmwood dr they get there mail before 11:00 a.m everyday. We also have no consistency in who our mailman is. It is very frustrating sometimes you receive other peoples mail. It is flat out reficulous

I have a complaint that's occurred a few times recently. I've received my next door neighbor's mail & even their next door neighbor a couple of times & also from a different street with same house number! What I'm more concerned about is my mail was placed in the door slot on the other side of my residence & no one lives there! I played heck trying to retrieve it from a family member! Please advise the carriers to pay better attention, get new glasses, or whatever. Thank you.

Post Master General here acts as if he gets a lot of pleasure in sending your packages back as undeliverable. I was receiving my mail just fine for 3 months and then, out of nowhere, they decide over the Memorial Day weekend that my address is no longer deliverable because I don't have a 4" by 4" mail slot for them to shove 18" x 14" packages into. When I went to attempt to pick my package up, he was very rude, and chuckled at his own self when he told me they had already returned it to the sender. This cost me several hundred dollars and the asshole behind the counter couldn't even be bothered to offer an "I'm sorry" for the frustration that his location had caused. This could have all been avoided had anyone who worked there had the common decency to inform us that they no longer intended to deliver our packages unless we signed up for a useless slot in the community mailbox.

They changed out my community mail box without letting any of their customers know. A credit card bill was not delivered to my house because of this. When I checked with my credit card company where my bill was, they said it was returned to them as "undeliverable". Because of this they charged me a $30 late fee and canceled my card. Had to wait for a new card to be delivered and was inconvienienced by not being able to use my credit card till new one came in mail. Stupid post office should have notified customers ahead of time and provided a PO box. They used the same old locks, and I have to fight the mail box just to check my mail now, as stupid lock does not want to unlock. Lock is over 20 years old!!! Could not even get it open today. Kicked the shyt out of it and left a clear footprint on front of box!!! LOL!!! The section I kicked was theirs, where they drop off packages, not other customers (neighbors).

Horrible, I ask the lady a question because I am expecting an important letter to come in a certain time frame. So I ask and say this is so-so from such-and-such address and am curious if the person doing the route has completed, because I am expecting...... No sir, they are not back yet. Are they done or just still out? I dont know.. Can you not check? No, that all? Bye, click.... Made me very angry. Very unhelpful, and so aggrivating. I did not ask anything difficult or that is not easy to find out. Horrible person, very self intitled attitude and hung up without allowing me to say thanks im done....poor excuse of help.
