The worst service is from this postal office. How do the mail carrier come to your neighborhood you are expected important mail then don’t put the mail in the box at all.

No mail received on July 31 or August 3, when mail notification stated, I was due mail. Some this were bills to be paid and personal letters. this is not satisfactory. I can tell my regular postal mailperson is on vacation.

Try and get someone to ANSWER THE PHONE at this station. A friend in Norfolk received a notice from the USPS to reschedule delivery of a Priority Mail package. When he checked, it said "Not eligible for redelivery." He has been trying for HOURS to contact the station to hold the package, as he is currently in NYC. He has called innumerable times, and cannot get through.

Mail is not delivered consistently. My neighbors and I have discussed this issue multiple times! I have received USPS alerts advising me that mail was “undeliverable” when simply not true. There is a Ring monitored doorbell device that doesn’t even SHOW any postman activity on the day which the notice was shown. The mail carriers have been inconsistent on my block and at least TWICE this month have not come at all. I have the Informed Delivery which advises which mail/packages are scheduled to arrive DAILY. As we are ALL in a pandemic, USPS is still an essential service which is depended upon. It’s getting ridiculous at this point. Hire more workers!

Update: Today I was waiting on 2 packages to arrive. The exact same mail carrier which I have complained about on several occasions was on duty. I never got a knock on door OR doorbell ring and 1 package was taken to be retrieved at local post office. My Ring Doorbell can verify the mail carrier looked at my package then took it back once she realized a signature was required and didn’t even bother to see if anyone was at home. I also didn’t receive a piece of mail which was listed for delivery today (all other pieces were in mailbox) At this point complaining is futile and something more needs to be done. A valid complaint to the US Postmaster General office is necessary. Now. Enough is enough.

I'm getting very irritated. Why should I have to pay for a mailbox key when it should be given to me for free. And y'all mailman yesterday won't let my daughter get my mail out the mailbox.

I have a business located at 645 Church Street -Suite 205. I am concern that I am not receiving mail timely obvious by no one picking up the mail left. I am also concerned that my mail has been routinely left with other business owner in the building and delivered to me at there convenience. I would appreciate that this practice is discontinued and my mail be delivered to my office as addressed.
