I live at 1904 Prices Lane, Alexandria, Va 23308. Today, the mailman left a package laying on the ground, just beside the mailbox, right next to the street. This is very unacceptable! He should have put the package on my door-stoop. I have a photograph! Of the package laying on the ground, where anyone could have picked it up. I expect an apology and an explanation,
