I received a notice that the postal service would pick up food to give to the food pantries in the community on the second Saturday in May. I placed the bag of food beside the mailbox as instructed on the postcard. The mail carrier drove pass and didn’t attempt to pick it up. Then I called the post office on Sudley Rd. and informed them of the situation. The rude-ill mannered operator told me someone would come out and pick it up. Then she told me I had called the wrong office. Well, I called the office of the number that came up for the Sudley Road office when I googled it. She was downright rude and condescending. Maybe she should not be a telephone operator or needs to be retrained because she had no telephone etiquette.

Had a package sent from a reputable company… package made it all the way to the post office, after three days contacted them to find out when my package would be delivered since it showed accepted, they told me the package did not arrive just the label😳

A blonde lady who works there does not have the capacity to serve the public. She is very rude and ill-mannered.

I went to the post office today and had questions about shipping an envelope. Every comment from the postal worker was an insult. They advised me to go to the UPS store to print a shipping label for USPS, and when I asked her to confirm that UPS would print my label she another belittling comment to make. Rude employees all around! This happens every time I walk into this location.

You suck I ordered some times was to be delivered Dec 31 it Never worth 200.00 dollars Ithis 3 or fourth time it's happen you use to be good workers there and I knew the people who worked

My friend sent me a package and I never received it and he said it was already delivered either u guys have it or it was stolen

I received a Christmas card from Michigan posted 12/10/20. I took 30 days to be delivered to me. Cost: 55 cents. What a waste of money. I ordered $47 of stamps on 12/16/20. Haven't received the stamps. Tried calling postoffice but no one answered. I went to the post office but I could not get my stamps. Told that the lady that handles the ordered stamps is out. What an excuse. The employees are working very hard to keep things going but are drowning. I have done research and from what I read DeJoy made a mess out of things. He needs to start sorting mail and start earning his $350,000/year wage. I know that there has been there Covid factor but DeJoy's leadership, management and poor planning has devastated the U.S. Postoffice.

I scheduled a pickup and put it in my mailbox with a big pink note to pick up. I got a confirmation email that the package was picked up but it was NOT! The mailman just put incoming mail around it. Tried to call the local post office all day the phone repeatedly rang then cut off. Awful service!!!

I have contacted a company Signatures and was advised that my package arrived at this location Oct 30. I have NOT received it as of yet Please advise as to where package might be

It's very disappointing that the mail takes so long from Falls Church, VA to Manassas, VA and also Sterling VA to Manassas. Envelopes date stamped 3.31.2020 at the Falls Church and Sterling Post Offices respectively and the two letters arrived on 5.5.2020. This is totally unacceptable.

Send a parcel and forget to place the stamps, it was for a donation. My question is: what happened to her? They didn't return it to me and I don't know if I still reach my destination. Can you help me, please.

This is a thank you to the staff at this post office. A box I was expecting was accidentally delivered to the wrong address. I stress that THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED BEFORE. I called the post office on Sudley Road. The lady I spoke to was friendly and helpful. She was able to get ahold of our post man and within half an hour I had the box in hand. Our post man is excellent and even apologized for the error. No problem and I thanked him for the quick resolution.
