I am not sure if the passport lady was having a bad day or what but she was rude and condescending. We were late by five minutes and I understand if she would have explained to us she can’t see us, I was never rude or disrespectful with her. She proceeded to berate us in front of customers, treating us like we were garbage. It’s not that serious, we can reschedule. She seemed to be on some power trip. Her behavior was unnecessary. I didn’t even get her name but she was there on 3/16/22 at 1335.

On June 28, 2019, the mail carrier made a u turn in my drive way that had just been sealed a few days before. As a result, the turning tire gouged the seal and left a permanent tire mark grove in the drive. If they would had driven straight in and backed straight out, there would not have been a problem. I immediately notified Jim Ford, their supervisor who was going to check and call. He has not. I have pics.
