Usps said it delivered an order but order was not delivered. This has happened several times. Most recent order was supposed to be delivered on Friday. I still don't have the item ordered.

On hold mail was supposed to be delivered on 12/28 and I still have not received anything. Have tried numerous times over the last 2 days to call and line is always busy so no way to reach post office. Mail is being delivered to neighbors so clearly mail carrier has just neglected to resume our mail service. So frustrated with the poor customer service with Haymarket Post Office.

I can't get in touch with the Haymarket Post Office on Gap Way because the number is disconnected. This is the THRID time that my hold mail was not delivered when it should have been. I got confirmation this morning - USPS - Your Hold Mail Service Is Ending. The carrier always seems to "forget". The truck is in my neighborhood and street, unfortunately I didn't catch them today. This is extremely frustrating, mail on hold for well over a week and I need it. I don't know how the PO stays in business....

Well I cant get in touch with the PM at Haymarket by phone. Number is disconnected. Went ok for a while but since Beth has been gone and Monica is not full time, I think Ray may be misdirecting mail again. Not sure if it is him but again today. Lord only knows where my mail is going as I get other peoples mail. If this is not Ray, pls let me know who it is - today's carrier 9/9/2020 and GET RID OF HIM BEFORE HE LOSES MORE MAIL. This is just unthinkable that this does not seem to be taken care of over all this time. I am not sure of what further action I can take on this but I am about ready to try. My address is 4106 Crescent Hills Drive, Haymarket.

I have a serious issue with what just happened at the post office on sudley road in Haymarket. We have a serious pandemic going on right now, and safety is extremely important. The lady working was wearing gloves, but was so obviously sick it was unbelievable! Even without this pandemic happening I would have an issue seeing her at work. She was sneezing every 2 minutes into her gloved hands, and she was literally coughing uncontrollably over and over the entire time right into her hands! She could barely talk she was trying so hard not to cough, which by the way she was unable to do, she was coughing over and over into her hands, then sneezing, wiping the gloves on her pants, coughing into them more, taking money and handing back change, and the whole time she did not change them once! She even went outside and lowered the flag because they where closing, came in coughing into the gloves and d idnt bother changing them once! I seriously d idnt even want her to give me the change because I saw her violently coughing into the gloves! I live with my 90 year old grampa, I have not been anywhere except this post office all week and if I get sick he could die. I'm extremely upset. Not only was I upset because she's using the same gloves probably all day, but she's trying so hard not to cough her face is bright red, she is sick I can garentee that, whether or not she has vivid 19 is up for discussion. But this lady handles a huge amount of things going to a huge amount of people all day long, shipping things she touches with those gloves and coughs on. If she has vivid 19 she could cause thousands of people to get sick. Why is this being aloud? One look at her you can tell she wants to pass out
