If you want something deli ever don’t use them, they don’t even bother trying. Tracking is never right, and customer service would be more helpful if they just didn’t exist. 12 different packages over several months “held” at post office and they couldn’t tell me why they held them. Each time it said they had it out for delivery but at 9pm it magically changed to being held. And then they wonder why no one trust the usps, I mean probably because I can trust a toddler to more than you.

I continue getting E-mail 📧 from RedWave 10660 Page Ave #53 Fairfax, VA 22038 This address appears to be a Post Office? What is #53? My attempts to unsubscribe are returned with a delivery failure although it appears that my attempt to unsubscribe was successful. So, do you know anything about RedWave?

I put a vacation hold on mail last week and as instructed it was delivered on Saturday. However, I have not received mail this Monday or Tuesday. I did receive electronic notice of bills to be delivered.

My mother is 84-years-old and lives alone. Due to health concerns, age, and common sense, she is diligent about social distancing and decided to opt out of all family activities for Christmas. I sent her an Amazon Echo Show like everyone else in the family has so she could see her children, grandchildren, and brand new great grand baby for Christmas. I sent the package on December 8 and not only did she not receive it by Christmas, when I contacted them on Jan 8—1 MONTH LATER, it was sitting in Maryland—less than 60 minutes away. After a conversation with a very RUDE clerk with marginal language abilities, I was finally able to speak to the manager. This young man did not have the common decency to take off his filthy, backwards-facing baseball cap when speaking to me. He said there was nothing he could do and plenty of people were in worse situations and then HE SHRUGGED & WALKED AWAY. After 12 phone calls to various post office facilities, my mom received her package on January 20. The box was soaking wet and severely damaged. I understand mistakes can happen and boxes get lost (ALL THE TIME, according to the manager) but the attitudes and incompetency of the employees is inexcusable.

We got a piece of mail 3 days ago that wasn’t to our address. We put it back in the box with the flag up and it hasn’t been taken away. It just sits there with new mail being put next to it or on top of it each day. We added a sticky note yesterday and still nothing. What do we have to do to get the postal employee to take the outgoing mail?

Mail service is awful for Fairfax Station. Today I got 4 pieces of mail that were not mine. Why is this? My neighbor and I have been complaining about this for over a year.

Two of the 5 employees at this post office were unbelievably rude. I couldn't even finish my transaction as they pushed me off to the side instead of helping me with my inquiry. The other one did the same exact thing. Impatient and impersonal. Disgusting customer service.

This is the worst postal facility ever! They hold onto mail and never accept phone calls. Horrible!
