How often is the Burke Post Office lawn and flower beds cut and cared for? The grass is so tall and it is overrun by weeds. Who can I call to voice my complaints? I would not be proud to be an employee at this location.

I have received no mail Friday 05/20/22 and Saturday 05/21/22. The chance of having not even junk mail is zero.
I saw the mail truck on Jackson street, but once again no mail on Lee Street.
Ever since our mail processing got switched from North Springfield to Burke, we have had missing mail and yesterday (October 18, Monday) no mail at all.

I placed an order with Balfour for college graduation announcements for my 2 children. USPS/Burke delivered them today and left the 2 cardboard boxes on my front porch, IN THE RAIN, without putting them in a plastic bag. They are ruined. Rain was forecast today and it has been raining off and on ALL DAY. There is no excuse for it. DO BETTER!!!
I need your help regarding a delivery. I subscribe to the Richmond Times Dispatch Newspaper. Yesterday, I received issues from, January. Is there anything that can be done. I know it does not take a month to get mail from Richmond. Our postman does a good job. I just need to know why papers are often held and put in the box after several issues. Help! and thank you.
Our office is OPEN. We are NOT infected, We posted a sign on our door that we ARE receiving mail and to ring the doorbell. Three days last week the carrier didn't even bother to bring our mail from the post office. Earlier this week, on Wednesday, he chose NOT to bring our mail from the post office (I confirmed each time it was being held at the main post office). Yesterday he delivered our mail; today he's decided to leave it at the post office. IS THIS EFFECTIVE USE OF TAXPAYER MONEY?!? ISN'T HE PAID TO DELIVER OUR MAIL? WE ARE OPEN AND HAVE NOT CLOSED! HE IS AWARE WE ARE OPEN!

Hi Ms. Stevens ~ I'm not with the post office, my parents also live at Sunrise. I was on this website to find the number to call the post office for the same reason. Someone at the post office is working on this problem.They did MISTAKENLY (sorry for the caps) think there was COVID-19 at Sunrise but were supposed to call Sunrise to clarify that there is NOT. Hope this helps.

I tried to buy a large number of postcard stamps today. I was told they were out, had no idea when they might get more and suggested I drive to other post offices, stand in line and they might have some. I asked if I could be contacted when they got more- no. I asked if I could request them and pick them up- No. I understand running out of things, but no stamps, no idea when they will be coming in and no help at the post office is just sad.
