The carrier who services the Franklin Glen community is the absolute worst ever. The last two small packages I received were not put in the mailbox locker or delivered to my doorstep. No, they were forcibly shoved inside the mailbox to the point where I had to rip open the package inside the slot to remove the product and then tear up the packaging so I could remove it from the mailbox. This is unacceptable. Luckily, the glass bottles in the one package did not break, otherwise, who claims responsibility for it? What's going on with the mail delivery service? I understand that UPS, FedEx, and other delivery services have impacted USPS, but c'mon, have some pride in your job - or quit!
I have requested the key for my mailbox on august 2022 in USPS Chantilly office. it is already passed 4 month and still USPS didn't provide the key. it is totally unacceptable. I want to escalate this issue to top management .

I am extremely frustrated that this located refuses to help me find my package. I have submitted several requests to no avail. Finally, I just asked them to provide me documentation stating they lost my package so that I could reorder what they lost and they are refusing to do so. This would be the 3rd package they’ve lost of mine.
Forged signature on Certified mail and left at the wrong address
I have no fewer than 4 times had certified mail be left in front of the wrong door, of the wrong building, on the wrong street. FedEx and UPS can figure out my address just fine -- right to my door. And once USPS got it to my door, so I know it can be done.
But 4 times I have had packages sitting outside while I spent 2 or more days calling and figuring out where they *actually* sent my certified mail.
Also, I get certified mail because I don't trust them to get it to my door otherwise... so it defeats the purpose when they forge my signature and leave it at the wrong address.
Had very concerned about this Post Office delivery services and Management's. Ms Angela was very helpful but other like Mr Paul was awfully not at all. Our packages lost twice in month and so far no trace on them and we lost our packages + money. Mr Paul told us just take a lost and for forget about it! REALLY!
I put in a request to have my mail forwarded, as of Sept. 1 (back in
august). Ive been receiving my mail intermittantly. The family that purchased our home, contacted me over the weekend, there were 10 pieces of mail delivered to my old address. I have tried to call several times to as if I need to do something else to keep this from happenning. Phone rings and rings, no one answers, or the call just hangs up. I dont see any other options to remedy this.
I had sent a time sensitive packet through certified mail on 10th February 2021 to be delivered to an address in Falls Church, VA. The package hasn't reached yet and the tracking information shows it has travelled through various states to South Carolina. The tracking information merely says the package is delayed without any information on the expected date of delivery. I might as well driven to Falls Church from Chantilly and hand delivered in 15 minutes if I had known this package would take this long. Appalled!!!
I was supposed to get my EAD card yesterday, but the status got changed to customer requested to be held at the office even though we had not requested it. However, the supervisor was very kind and helpful to get my EAD card. They understood the seriouness of my request as I would have lost my job if I had not got my card today. I am really thankful for all their help today. I really appreciate their deliveries especially during the time of pandemic. Postal services help build so many memories and dreams during holiday times ( Xmas ). I hope everyone receive the packages on time.
They don't answer the phone! They hang up on you after the recording when saying to stay on the line or they ask for a remote access pin? Plus they say they delivered my package and they didn't!!!

This is the most insane thing I've ever experienced. My package was supposedly on it's way yesterday but somehow ended up in Fairfax, I called the 800 number, they tracked it to Fairfax so I called Fairfax post office and they said to call someone name Angela at the Chantilly Post Office and she would help me. WELL of course NO ONE ANSWERS THE TELEPHONE!! I have no idea where the package is, therefore I do not want it anymore because I do not have time to go through this! I guess one day the POST OFFICE WILL NO LONGER EXIST AND COMPANIES WILL BE USING UPS AND FED EX BECAUSE OF THE LACK DEDICATION AND WORK ETHIC THE WORKERS HAVE. THEN THEY WILL BE UNEMPLOYED!!!!

We did not have any mail delivered to our address Jul 19 and 20. We usually have high volume mail. There is no apparent option to report non delivery of the mail. W recently had mail hold Jul 2 - Jul 9 but mail resumed even though one day late. Address is 12784 Fox Keep Run Fairfax VA 22033. Mail is delivered to a street box.
We have not had mail delivery in two days. Cannot reach post office because they do not answer their phone. This happened before when carrier was on vacation. Was told I should come pick up my mail if I wanted it. Not an acceptable option. I would like a reply to to this issue.
I have not received a registered air mail letter sent from Mumbai, India on 28th May 2018.The letter was despatched from Mumbai on 29th May 2018 and was expected to reach within 15 days but so far not delivered to me.
Chantilly, VA Post Office does not answer their phone. On Monday, Dec 11, msg says "please call us during normal hours". I called at 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m. 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. 3:00 p.m. 4:00p.m.. Same Msg. Called again on Tuesday, Dec 12. Phone range 14 times. No answer. Got msg "please enter access code". Called again, got 2 rings then busy signal. Called 3rd time, got busy signal. Called USPS 1-800 number. Got recorded msg that got me multiple options that wrapped me around and around. No human to speak to. Ain't it great that there is nobody, nowhere, and no way to get ahold of the Post Office. Just love it!!
This is so true. This is the most unreliable USPS store ever. I called and called and called during the posted office hours and never once I was able to connect. The answering machine came on asking me to call back during the business hours. Basically, I sent a package worth of $750 and the package was definitely stolen by the USPS employee(s). It has been a month and I could not get any resolution. Perhaps that is why they are not picking up the phone...so terrible!!! Whoever that USPS employee(s) is/are should be removed from employment immediately!!!!!
Hi , just to let you know that whoever is delivering the mail to my home is not doing a good work, this is the third time, that my neighbor gives me my mail, and the last time make me pay over due in some of my credit car , for his negligence
