This is the second time in less than a month we have gotten someone elses mail in our area. Today we received 4 pieces of mail that was not ours and they were for different people. This is unacceptable and worries me about what mail of ours is not getting delivered.
I had an encounter with two employees today. One was an elderly woman who was very helpful but the other one was brenton. When I asked him to write down the name of the foreign country I needed, he kept yelling at me to spell it again in a very racist manner and I didnt like it very much.
I believe the Centreville branch now has a new Supervisor and they are making a great effort at having better customer service (as opposed to below negative reviews). I called regarding a matter where our mail was being put in our outgoing box and the Supervisor actually came to our office within 15 min. & he had our route Delivery man meet us also to straighten out the problem. Our Postman was new and now everything is resolved. NOW THAT IS ABOVE & BEYOND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Please give them another chance.
Spoke to Collins (apparently supervisor) at this location. Absolutely terrible customer service and apathy towards her job. She should not be a manager at this facility and should not engage with the public. I called to tell them that a specific driver continues to dig a ditch with his vehicle by popping the curb instead of getting out of the vehicle to deliver the mail. The way in which she handled herself on the phone was totally apathetic. In fact, her ignorance was quite comical. Her last name is Collins. She not only said that she will not do anything about the situation, she started explaining to me how their carriers get paid and stated the median does not belong to my community - in which it most definitely does. Absolutely terrible customer service. I will be contacting the corporate office.
Very unhappy with this branch, last year I did not receive a total of 4 packages from different stores. I just placed an order on April 1st 2021 and my package is lost again. I hope the manager keeps a close eye there.
I was going in to get passports renewed for my 2 kids. I was helped by no less than 3 people (phone call needing assistance, postal worker that I asked for assistance and the actual passport support person). All were extremely polite, friendly, helpful and just incredibly pleasant. It's typically a frustrating experience with paperwork, signatures, payments and pictures but I walked out of there with a smile. Appreciate the positive attitude of everyone!
A one of a kind item was marked as “package delivered in or by mailbox” a little before 3:00pm. I immediately went out and the mailbox was empty. I have spent over 2 hours trying to speak to someone from USPS about my lost/delivered to the wrong house package that can not be replaced or reorder.. I am furious and disappointed with USPS. This package had something extremely meaningful in it and they messed up the delivery! Horrible customer service as well.. so rude and not helpful at all after hours on hold.
Terrible awful manager and one Chinese lady clerk that is always there,SHE charged me and acted like she's going to send out my packages for AT THE END TO NOT DO THAT and deliver them to my front door step with a bs letter about she can by law! She deserved to get cursed out along with the stupid manager there too! They have a job to do to get paid right well this is my business so I can get paid! So, when you interfere with my business then yes you do deserve to get cursed out and everything told to your face! And they also lost my package that they couldn't explain what happened to it! They are the worst people in customer service.
Spoke to a Representative named Robin regarding a package not previously delivered. She was extremely helpful, polite and caring. Her professionalism should be noted and she deserves compliments.
Very impressed with the high level of customer service.
Poor customer service. Asked to speak to Postmaster Danny who was at the Sulley location. Tonia answered the phone and put me on hold for over 30 minutes. When I called back, someone else answered the phone and said Danny was out to lunch. Did not have the courtesy to come back on line to tell me he was not available. Problem not resolved after 4 days waiting for callbacks left numerous times. 2-day priority mail package fell off radar and it was out for delivery. Sounds like carrier theft to me since they won’t call back with an acceptable explanation.
