I have had consistent problems with our mail delivery for the past two years, the female individual who drives the red jeep. Today was the kicker. Today, 1 smaller package and 1 letter and 2 news advertisements were delivered to our mail box, along with a note (in between those deliveries) saying that our box had been blocked. I am not sure how the other items were able to be delivered if our box had been blocked. Along with this, the two packages were timely, and we had been watching for them, I had also been home and outside a majority of the day (granted, I could have missed something) but I had made sure to watch the area in front of our mail box to because I am so aware of this issue of having our "mail box blocked". There have been other previous occurrences with this specific individual. We learned early on about the rule to keep the area in front of our box clear and go above and beyond to do so. However, we regularly get notes saying that our box is blocked, and items are not delivered. Other times, we do not even receive a notice about the items not being delivered, and instead have to realize that our mail has been stopped without our knowledge for the past week. Lastly, I have personally had my driveway blocked by her vehicle. I was turning into my driveway with my blinker indicated. When I noticed that she was driving in the opposite direction. I am very aware of her and try to be polite as we have had this ongoing issue. We made eye contact and I allowed her to go with the right of way before I turned, as I mentioned my signal was illuminated. Instead, this female individual in the red jeep stopped intentionally in front of my driveway, obstructing my way to turn into my garage. I try to have an understanding about daily annoyances in a job and have tried to give this individual the benefit of the doubt. Our house, and even our neighbors honestly try to be aware of this need from the post office and honor it. This includes shoveling snow in an extremely timely manner as well as having the area in front of our mail box as a "no parking zone". However, this has gone on long enough and I would like something to be done about it.

This place has the nicest staff of any post office I have ever been in. Very quick, helpful, and responsive to every concern and need I have ever had. I send a fair amount of mailers for business, and there are two other post offices closer to my home, and I choose to go them because of how helpful and great they are to work with. They definitely deserve recognition for this!
