I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the local post office here in Hyrum Utah. This morning I dropped off an express letter and received excellent customer service… Professional customer service. I have lived here two years three months and on a monthly basis I am in our local Hyrum post office. Every time I have been there they have exceeded my expectations with courtesy and professionalism.

The USPS in Cache Valley is very lacking to say the least. They won't go to your door, they won't deliver packages, they say they can't find the delivery location when you live on the corner in the middle of town! They suck! Use UPS whenever possible!
