I am calling during business hours to talk to them about a package I can’t get out of the box. I am on the 3rd phone call to them and each time it rang about 30 times and then it hung up on me. This is so frustrating and annoying. I’ve never tried to call before, so I don’t know if this is normal. But it is enough for me to write this note about how annoyed I am.

We couldn't be any more thrilled to have the personal service our Mail Carrier gives! We feel fortunate to have the person we do and know this position is a thankless job and we want to say THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!!!

Does anyone actually work for USPS!? Does someone actually want to answer the freakin’ phones!? I don’t appreciate being required to pay for my mail to be “redelivered” because of incompetency! Never have I had an issue with mail being delivered but the incompetency and laziness is real with USPS. Saying I don’t have a house number is not a reason to not deliver it. Especially when it is clearly marked in black signage on my house, on my mailbox, and on the curb.

I hate our mail carrier he or she constantly delivers our mail to the wrong address and then it gets sent back saying invalid address we have lived here for 5 years and also get some mail

It really seems like the service from this post office (Lehi) gets worse and worse each year. Now its to the point that it has become obvious that my carrier can not read English. I have lived in my residence for 10 years and am now receiving everyone else mail but mine or I get nothing at all. We are paying more and getting less, typical for today. I wish something could be done about this problem.

I have been waiting for a card from the state of utah for over two weeks now. Somehow my mail keeps not getting to me. This is the second time they have sent the cards to me now. What is the problem there?

Your phone service sucks, I've been trying to contact you for half an hour and as soon as I get 4 minuets and 10 seconds into the call you HANG UP! not to mention that your "helpful" AI director doesn't actually give an option to talk to a real person. And to top it all off, I can't find anywhere to contact anyone so if your seeing this, email me, because I need my birth certificate back. Yes, I'm angry.

I mailed my package (Dec 10 2020) from (Washington DC) to (Lehi Utah). On the receipt, it stated that my package was to arrive (December 14, 2020). The tracking number states that the pack have arrived at the destination post office. It’s now (December 17, 2020). Why haven’t my package reached its final destination in (Lehi Utah)? Where is my package?????

Was this ever resolved? Mine has been stuck at the Lehi Post Office for about a week now with no movement.

My postman won't delivery my packages (which are small and lightweight, of medications). He sent the last one back to the mail order pharmacy, saying that I had "moved and left no forwarding address" (which is not true). They one before that he said he delivered, but I never got it, so he must have delivered it to someone else. I have verified that the correct address was on both recent attempts, so that cannot be the problem.

I'm a Lehi resident and I keep receiving mail from other people besides my own. I received mail for the school two blocks away, I received mail for neighbors, I received mail for other people who live a few streets away. I have been contacting these people so they can get their mail but it is not my job to do your job. This is happening for months and months, probably years. Could you let your workers in the post office to do their job and deliver the mail to the proper recipients. I'm not longer doing your job!

My packages are always misdelivered! This time my package said it had been delivered but we have yet to see it. Usually it ends up just being at a house near by. It has been a week and there has been no sign of it. says it was left in mailbox. Certainly wasn't MY mail box. Lehi get it together already!

For three weeks now, I have come home every day to find that our mail carrier has no idea how to close the mailbox. I'm not the only one. I had to complain about this in May and it was okay for awhile. But it is Christmas time and the worst possible time of year to be advertising what is in my mailbox!!!

Lehi post office is the worst we've seen and we have moved several times. We did a change of address when we moved recently and our home buyers continued to get our mail. We went into the Lehi post office to let them know. A form was filled out that was supposed to go to the carrier. Now the new home owners don't get our mail, but neither do we, nothing has been forwarded to us.

In the last year and a half that we have lived here, the post office has lost multiple packages (in excess of five) that were supposed to be delivered to our address (that were later delivered by members of the neighborhood or refunded by the companies that sent them). AND, we have received mail for MANY (in excess of 8) other addresses in our neighborhood. Yesterday we received mail for three different addresses in our neighborhood that were not our own- and we received NO mail that was actually addressed to us. People in our neighborhood have submitted multiple complaints. Weekly there is an announcement on the neighborhood Facebook page of lost mail, or misdelivered mail. This is absolutely ridiculous and the Lehi post office only makes excuses, they never try to actually fix the problem. Also, they never answer the phone and you have to submit a complaint on the corporate USPS site before they try to contact you back to "apologize."

Lehi post office mail delivery is deplorable. They for the last 3 years have been giving me my neighbors mail and who knows what happens to my mail. I have spoken with the postmaster twice and nothing ever improves or if it does for a short time then it goes back to bad distribution of our mail at thanksgiving point area. I live in the Plymouth Rock subdivision and this has been going on for way too long!!!!

We moved from AZ over a month ago and NONE of our mail from UT is being FWD to us. I did a change of address online and set a FWD date before we even left. We waited a couple of weeks and recieved nothing, did it again online thinking something went wrong, still nothing for over a week so I went to our post office here in AZ to speak to them. I did ANOTHER address change in person and did a cancelation for the address in UT. We've been getting junk mail here in Az so it's not the PO here, it's the jacked up one in UT that cant get their crap together. I've called twice and was on hold for over an hour the first time and the second time was as much of a joke as the last time I called.

Your phone system is also ridiculous along with the website. We are paying for the most inefficient systems connected with the postal service I've seen. Just trying to get information on how to get a box assigned to my new home. NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE SO I CAN GET THAT INFORMATION.

Your website is ridiculous. I'm trying to submit a change of address online and it says it will charge you 1.00 to do it. No big deal, but when you get to the payment option, they ask for all your credit card into but only give you a place to enter your name. Nothing else. It keeps asking for the card number and security code, but there is no place to enter the information. It will not let you go to the next page until you do. I even tried entering all the info on the name part, but it just says error. So frustrating. Please grow a brain and fix it so people can enter the info correctly.

I am still having delivery problems with my mail at 4185 N. Pilgrim Cir. The carrier is still putting mail in the wrong boxes. Someone in my neighborhood brought me mail that was put in their box and I since the last complaint have had mail put in my box that was not mine. This has been an ongoing problem for the last two years. When is the United States Postal service going to take care and correct the problem. We do not ever know where are mail may end up. This is a blot on the integrity of the US mail service. I sent out in the out box a week ago a letter with a check to my daughter in Saratoga Spring's Ut, and she still has not received it. Correct this problem before I go to a higher source to have it remedied. Donna A. Wilkins

I wasn't home when they tried to deliver a package. So I went online and scheduled redelivery. 2 days later...no package. I went online again and scheduled the redelivery again. 2 days later...still no package. I try to call them to know if the package will be there if I go, or if it's on a truck - nobody picks up. This is absurd.

Worst post office I've ever encountered. Only lived at my apartment 3 months where these guys delivered mail to me and my first 3 packages went missing. Tracking says they were delivered to mail box. 1st package contained a $300 car part that I found on the doorstep of someone on the opposite end of the building. 2nd package was put in a completely wrong mailbox and luckily the people who's mailbox it was in brought it to me and the third package is still missing. Another issue is they never answer their phone at all!!!!

We keep having packages and mail never show up. We keep getting other peoples mail. Tracking numbers say it was delivered but it's not in the mail box or in the package boxes. Can't submit a 'find my mail' online claim because it returns a '400' error. Can't send a email because the email service is down. And can't call because the line is busy. Outstanding work.

The customer service I received here today was ridiculous. I'd compare it to what you get at WalMart. There were only two windows open but a huge line. The employees were pretty slow. When I finally got to the window, I asked to borrow the tape so I could tape my box closed. She handed me the tape dispenser and asked me to get back in line. Just to tape my box closed?!? It was already labeled, just needed a strip of tape. (If I can get the priority shipping box at the post office, why isn't there tape out there with them?) Her tone of voice was very condescending. As I stood in line a second time, I watched the other employee allow other customers to step aside for similar reasons, but they just used the counter next to her window. They didn't get back in line. She would help them as soon as they were ready. The second time I got to the window, there was a man standing right next to me relabeling his box. He wasn't asked to go stand in line again. Mostly I'm annoyed that she was so rude to me about it.

I have been trying to call to make a passport appointment 4 times and the phone is off the hook. How am I supposed to make an appointment if the phone doesn't even ring? If I go in person I can't actually get my passport done because I need an appointment, but I can't make an appointment because your phone doesn't work? Why is there no online system? Going postal over here.

We have a community mail box stand for our neighborhood, which requires a key for packages. In the last two weeks we have had three packages delivered to the wrong drop box for our family alone. The basic mail is delivered correctly, but we find ourselves running around the neighborhood delivering packages that were not delivered correctly. We are in the Thanksgiving Point neighborhood on Augusta. Please have a training discussion with the mail man for this route.

I continue to get mail that isn't mine. I put it back in the box with a note that says they aren't at this address. The carrier picks it up takes it back to the post office and redelivers it the next day. My son moved to another area and put in a forwarding address. The post office in it's intelligence continues to deliver the mail here. Even though I tell them he doesn't live here anymore. Just think of the waste in time and money. A private company would go bankrupt following post office practices. It can't be very difficult to become an employee of the postal service when you consider the wise choices they make on a regular day. Please someone start a better mail system so we can retire the postal service!!!!!!!!!!!!

You know is is really just absolute crap that the post office phone ALWAYS says it's busy! Sometimes a person NEEDS to get ahold of the past office! It's like they just leave the phone off the hook on purpose so they don't have to answer phone calls. Is bull crap! The past office is paid for by OUR taxes! ! I am so frustrated!

I walked out right after the mail-carrier drove off and retrieved the two pieces of mail in the mailbox. Thinking to myself that my USPS First Class Package hadn't arrived yet I went back in and eventually checked the tracking information. Imagine my surprise when I read the following:"Friday, May 8, 2015 12:43 PM LEHI, UT Delivered, In/At Mailbox"I can assure you that it hasn't arrived. I quickly checked my neighbors mailboxes and then called the office in Lehi. I spoke with a man, gave him the tracking information and he told me "I will check with the mail carrier when he gets back, there is no reason that it shouldn't be there. I'll call back and let you know." So now I am waiting to hear back from them. I am thinking to myself that this is pretty messed up situation that it says "Delivered - In/At Mailbox" and there is no way that it was delivered in at my mailbox. I am really curious to see how this ends up.I will post an update when I receive additional information / resolution.

Our Lehi mail carrier is awesome. We had some packages that were reported as being delivered 4 days ago. Today I decided to hit up the post office about them since they were my sons main gifts. Our mail man drove out to the house after work to look for them and found that he mistakenly put it in the wrong box. THANKS!

The worst post office ever, anytime I get a certified letter they don't try to deliver it. Instead they just put the postcard in my box to come pick it up at the post office. Today I was expecting a new cell phone in the mail, & they put a key in my mail box to get the package from the box specifically for packages that won't fit in regular mail box. There was a key in that box already & it was empty, I had to knock on all of my neighbors doors. Luckily I have honest neighbors, so I did get my new phone from one of my neighbors. No thanks to the Lehi, Utah post office.
