I have worked with Nathan and Barbara for a few years in the Bulk mailing dept in Orem...they have been the most helpful, considerate employees I have worked with at any postoffice...they are knowledgeable and efficient..it has been a pleasure having them help me with my mailings...

Please help me understand so I don't keep getting zapped with late fees. I used to mail from the Orem Center Street post office (.9 miles from my home). Due to delayed deliveries and $60 in late fees because my check took 24 days to get from my home to the bottom of the hill where I reside, I started mailing from the Provo East Bay post office (1 mile from my home). I have now received two notifications from my storage that I owe an additional $25 in late fees because they have not received my checks mailed April 24th and April 28th, which should have paid my storage through July. Another check mailed April 24th cleared my credit union May 2nd and one mailed April 27th also cleared the credit union May 2nd. It is my understanding that postage is going up another 3 cents. Why, when service is so poor? And why does it take 24 days to get mail from Center Street in Orem to North State Street in Provo a distance of about 20 blocks; the two cities share State Street)? I am hesitant to put checks outside my residence, but am trying to recover from three trips to the hospital, so I count on the drive-throughs at the post offices. Is there a more secure, faster way to ensure that my payments reach their destinations on time? Thank you for addressing my concerns.

Shipment picked up 3/07/22. My package is still sitting in the Orem P.O. waiting for acceptance. Today is 3/29/22 that is 22 days sitting in the P.O.. What is up?

I put three letters out for the mail carrier to pick up today, Dec 3, 2020 with the flag up. It is now 8:45 pm and the flag is still up and the letters were never picked up.What is going on? Should I start taking my mail to the post office?

On December 18th at 8:20am I went up to the counter with a tracking number to my passport. Unfortunately the envelop had the wrong address and was going to be sent back.. The very nice post woman went back and had someone get in the truck that was loaded to head out for delivery and look for my envelope. And this cute little lady found it for me. I can't thank the two Angels enough. She could have just said I was to late but she did not Thank You Women Of Orem Post Office......Joan Mower (E) 517

Orem location is incredibly understaffed. Lines are always almost out the door and the wait is at least 40 minutes every time. I have to come frequently to pick up mail and it’s very frustrating to not be able to get in and out within an hour.
