I would like to complain about a few issues. We used to have a person that was wonderful, he took care of our mail.
Yall must have made some changes on delivery of mail.
1. One day we get no mail at all and the next with theres so much it has to be for the day before too.
2. Leaving packages behind mailbox on the ground during rain. This is totally unacceptable
Our previous carrier always brought it down to our house
That's what I expect from mail service.
3. I left outgoing mail in mailbox
and they did not take it. It was with all my other mail that day.
I hope you address these issues and dont just read and oh well.
I expect a difference.
I think this post office uses horses and Pony Express riders. And even they take every other day off. Yes, I am saying they have the slowest mail service I have ever encountered. Mailed a card from Waller to Tomball which took OVER a week to arrive. Sent a 2 day priority package to Waller from Colorado and 8 days later it is still YET to be delivered.
Been trying to contact these people for 4 days
Got a notice saying they had a package that I had to go and sign for
That nobody else could pick up... unfortunately, I work 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday and am not available in the mornings on Saturday... trying to get my package, but I guess these dicks don’t know what a phone is, and are incapable of answering the phone. If my package gets sent back I’m gonna be pissed
Absolutely AWFUL I had a package that was supposed to be delivered Monday and the tracking said out for delivery but it never came. The next day it didn't come as well so
I called the post office. Where she hung up on me and when I called back I was put on hold for 11 minutes. She did not fix the problem and said she would call me the next morning. Well the next morning came and she never called so I went to the post office to find that my package was SENT BACK! She allowed the package I called about to be sent back I am beyond angry.
