Said tried deliver a package and left note. I was home no note and never showed up. This is second time this has happened.

Need to pick my mail up

We have lived in Vidor for 4.5 years. I have requested they stop delivering previous home owners mail, we still get it all. Yesterday makes the 5th time a package has shown delivered, with no package. 3 additional times, tracking said delivered and the postal truck never passed my cameras. 4 times shown delivered and people 2 streets over brought my package to me. Horrible service

No answer when called, Tracking states package delivered last Friday but still have not received my package. Where is my package???

Ok so my package said delivered on website to front door on 26th. And I was home all day with door open. I thought maybe I missed something???? I looked and looked nothing on my porch or front door! It wasn't delivered. So where is my package??? And the other the they brought a couple days before was open sticking out my mail box. They didn't even put it all the way in the box. And shut the door. Leaving someone to see what it is because it's opened so someone could have taken it. If I wasn't home. I'm not happy and I want what I paid for.. or replace my money!

Today is the absolute worst experience with the Post Master/Supervisor, he is very proud of his title, at the Vidor, Texas Post Office. I had to physically go to the Post Office as I called 4 different times and nobody would answer the phone. According to the tracking information I had 2 packages delivered to my front porch but of course they were not as usual. This time though I encountered a very different issue, it seems somehow my packages were sent to 2 separate address which were not my address. I painfully went through showing the post Master, Christopher, all the information from the seller with the tracking manifest clearly showing my name and shipping address with the tracking numbers. Well he informed me that the packages were not physically addressed to my resident and from a legal standpoint it did not "bode" well for me that I had the tracking numbers, basically accusing me of trying to commit fraud. I then called the company and they spoke with the very rude Christopher Post Master and Supervisor on speaker no less and argued with the company that the packages were not addressed to my residents and were in fact sent to 2 completely different addresses. I then ask him while on the line with the company if the packages had my name on them. He informed me and the company that he didn't have that information. How is that? If you have the addresses where the packages were delivered did you not have who they were addressed to? Unfortunately, I feel like all these issues appear to fall on deaf ears as no actions have been made to address the multiple complaints with these issues. I sure wish there would be an internal investigation done by the United States Post Office to the Vidor office. Maybe when enough companies have to refund or reship there customers orders something may happen. Not holding my breath!

My package said it was delivered but when I go to check the tracking number it said they tried to deliver but was unable to. So I went to the post office and asked them and they said it just left to be delivered. So I went home and waited. NO package was delivered. So the postal worker flat out lied.

My mail delivery leaves a lot to be desired. There is usually one day of every week that I do not receive mail. Today the tracking details of a package indicated that an attempt to deliver my package was made. However I was home and no attempt was made to me. If i do not get mail delivery tomorrow (which usually happens) with the holiday Sunday I will not receive the package until Tuesday. This package contained a medical device needed ASAP. If you need additional help I can suggest some workers who would love to work for the USPS at the hourly rate they pay. Delivery 5 days a week is not desired or expected!

Yes 2 days ago I was suppose to receive a package it was not delivered because of mud in my driveway. The road is solid I still don’t have my oackage

Absolute TRASH to whoever is delivering to the waterfall apartments! Never get anything right or on time! The absolute WORST!

I was tracking my package threw USPS and it said package delivered to neighbor at my request! I never did any such thing.

This is 3 days my mail has not been delivered!!!! I get a delivery diary digest and the last 3 days of mail I was suppose to get mail but NOTHING!!!

I had boxes with food delivered from Amazon and they were left out in the rain when they could have been clearly put in the OPEN garage not even two feet away. Usually, my packages are left on the front porch where it is covered. I have had to replace the items that were wet. There is a patrol car at my home, so I am wondering if this office hates the police too! I have called several times and it has been busy, Not surprised. This place is rude to everyone that comes in and have some shady looking characters delivering mail. The post office is suppose to be professional, not a guy with long blue hair and street clothes. Truly pathetic.

I have to say there are 2 rude post office workers... No need to be rude my husband and I went n waited outlr turn because only 3 customers at a time are allowed and another guy comes in as he can see 3 customers inside already and who got asked to leave my husband because we were filling out the addresses on our box we are shipping and not only told him to leave but the bald guy and a lady had the nerve to trash talk us right in front of me in their words we were not being safe like wtf we have masks on waited to go inside and another person comes in disregarding the rules but yet we are the ones being trashed talked on way to go vidor post office so professional

Once again, the Vidor Post Office falsified paperwork to make it look like I requested they hold my package that I was home waiting for. The message also said that they attempted delivery, which was not true either. The Vidor Postal Service has become a joke. I have went paperless due to their incompetence. My packages go to wrong houses, they mark them delivered to show great delivery times while my package shows days later, and are so lazy that they actually left a package by the road instead of taking 10 additional steps. If it wasn't for Amazon using them, I would not have any dealings with them at all. If I ran my business the way that they do, I would be out of business quick. Now • Delete

I know I am not the only one that feels this way because its on facebook all the time but I am tired of the employees at the Vidor Post Office not doing their job. It goes from the Post Master all the way down! The post master is ALWAYS rude when you call and need to report something. And the driver never get our packages delivered to the correct address!! I am lucky that most of the time they deliver it to my friend or my in-laws that live on the same street....except this time when I really needed the package asap! I checked with my neighbors and they do not have it either. I have tried to call the post office to report the package missing but NO ONE will answer the phone. I let it ring for a solid 2 minutes before I hung up! It is ridiculous that this is a continuous problem with them! Im also going to file a complaint with Amazon to stop using them as a shipper because they never get the packages delivered correctly or on time. They will sit at the post office for a day or 2 before ever getting delivered, even if they arrive there super early.

Mail truck never runs the same time everyday. Mail never delivered on time to physical address. Mail should not be delivered at 6-7 PM. Rediculous!

Absolutely horrid experiences with this branch one cannot begin to comprehend the course of duty nor manor in witch this office is operated . In my opinion we should be shut down and reopened to be fully automated system ..( Pathetic) to sim it up in one word
