Frustrating attempt to get passports for my sons. First, the automated system gives incorrect hours for passport services. When I attempted to point this out, I got a snotty, "Those are our hours." Yes, I'm aware, but the PASSPORT option of your automated system gives the same hours, not your posted hours, which are only seen when visiting the post office. Second, I was unable to get a passport for my minor son with both parents present because he did not have his ID, which is not required for a minor with both parents present. Customer service representative tried to pass me off to another location, saying, "Maybe THEY'LL do BOTH of the passports for you." It was clear she didn't want to do anything but chat with the UPS driver. I went to Silsbee instead, where I was able to get service without attitude. Unpleasant and frustrating.
