This is why the US postal service is garbage and is going down in business. This office never answers the phone EVER!!!! Same reviews for years!! Obviously USPS doesn't care because they NEVER do anything to remedy this issue!! They deliver mail where ever they want, and leave mail stacked on top of the mailboxes undelivered. Thought that was a federal offense to mess with the mail?

It is incredible that these people have a job... do they ignore their cell phone the way they ignore customers calling?

This is the worse post office ever. The lose packages, they'll treat you like shit in the office and the obvious like in the rest of the reviews, they don't the eggs to answer the phone.

Oh! my goodness, I have been trying to call since 10 am today 01/12/2023 and no answer, I called Clint Post Office, and they answered right away. This is ridiculous that they can't even answer phones.

As I read the reviews it makes me more to be proven right and which makes it, that this usps completely sucks!!!

Postal service delivery person delivered a package tuesday Jan 11th they didn't even attempt to put it in front of my door or ring door bell the package was left on the carport out in plain sight for vandels , my neighbor was driving by a notice the package out on carport as if it was there for anyone to pickup, there was no need for this I have a large enough carport that no package needs to be left in sight for passerbyers to be able to see. I'd like for this to not happen again Please

I had a question about a change of postal office change done by USPS but it is obvious it is a waste of time because no one answers any of the phone calls. Also it is imperative to talk to an individual because the automated system does not provide this option. USPS answer local calls

I have called multiple times and no one answers the phone. I paid for certified mail delivery, over two weeks ago, and usps.com tracking shows it made it to this post office but never got delivery confirmation or a signature from recipient. Must be so nice not to have to perform your job duties and still get federal pay.

Don't bother calling, no one ever answers. Tried 5 times, let it ring from 5 minutes to 30. Incompetence abound. These people are federal employees? We pay for their service? Why not pick up the phone sometimes then.

Yup! No one answers the phone. Typical P.O. behavior! I have questions and am out of town, so can't stop by the office. I guess you can send me an email, if you want the keys returned. My guess is no one reads the reviews either...No wonder people are using other ways to mail their packages. Packages gone missing, though they were scanned as delivered. I'll probably have my friend drop them in a box somewhere.

Called repeatedly. No one EVER answers the phone. Then parcel delivery person is incompetent and may be stealing packages. I have had more packages go missing from this address and post office than anywhere else I have ever lived. My next step is to contact Postal IG:(who I have worked with before in the past).
