Worst place to get a passport. The lady didn’t want to help us and gave us incorrect and expired passport documents. It was such a terrible experience and I don’t recommend them. I recommend Fort Hancock Post office.

The service is the worst. Instead of having two lines one for passport and another for postal services they just have the one line. They take about 30min with every person that’s there to get their passport. It’s not fair they make everyone wait when it’s not passport related. The guy at the front today (today’s date 04-01-21 time: 1.05pm) was extremely rude. I asked to pay my box and he rudely responded go get in line. I advised everyone in line was there for passports and I just needed to pay my box and without even bothering to look at me he rudely said “doesn’t matter go get in line” I decided to leave. So rude and unprofessional.
