Scott Griffin the manager is an ASSHOLE. My daughter runs a small business and ships 100-200 packages a day they take her packages and don’t scan them. The platform she sells on will cancel her orders if they are not scanned. Henry is a jerk there also. They are so rude. We will not be going back to the Sherman office. We were told by another PO worker there Scott has told other workers in the back to not help us. Like WTF. We will be taking her orders to the Tom Bean office. It’s smaller but atleast we aren’t worried they will not damage or thoes her packages out snd never send them.

My mail is skipped a lot. The box is not blocked and from some other complaints I’ve read it happens a lot. It’s getting to the ridiculous. If you can’t reach the box from your dang car windows. GET OUT!!!! It won’t kill you. That’s what you do. Deliver the mail! I’ve seen a lot of postal workers walk their blocks.

I'm not sure what's going on with the mail delivery in Sherman TX. I live in Sherman and mailed a letter last WEDNESDAY 5-11-22 and dropped it off at the Peyton location to go to another address in Sherman TX. As of today WEDNESDAY 5-18-22 the letter still has not arrived. This has happened way too often, and I thought it was time I made note of it. 6 business days and a weekend and the letter hasnt arrived. 8 days or more for a letter to get deliver in the same small town of Sherman TX... Unacceptable

Lived in sherman a week and got nasty notes left on packages from postal worker. When I called to ask a question ( unrelated to the package) the line rang for 5 minutes. Not super impressed here.

We have the best mailman EVER! His name is Doug and he is the MODEL MAIL CARRIER! When he goes on vacation - things do not operate the same. We don't get ads, we often get others mail etc... I suggest Doug be a trainer or a quality control person at the very least. It's obvious not all carriers operate the same way.

Our carrier was running late so they just decided to not drop off our packages. They claimed they couldn't get to our front door. We live in an open area with few neighbors and there is a clear driveway to our front door. We were eating dinner in front of a big glass window in front of our door when he claims he couldn't deliver our packages. It wouldn't be such a big deal but these are gifts we are supposed to be giving on Sunday.

I have written the mail carrier for our address. I have put my name inside the mail box, I have posted my last name on the outside of mailbox. yet I cannot get the mail carrier to put my mail in my box. I do not know what else I can do to assist in this. I have given mail carrier plenty of time to fix this issue on their own, and I have seen no improvement. So could you please address this?

Anyone know ol’ Steve at the Sherman Post Office?Steve answered the phone when I called about renewing my passport.Conversation:Steve: “Sherman Post
Office”Me: “I want to renew my passport”Steve: “The passport office is open 10 till 3, Monday through Friday”Me: “Ok, thanks”Steve: CLICK…I drive to the Post Office, which is quite a drive, and at $3.35
a gallon, not easy on the pocket.Enter the PO only to find a piece of paper
taped to the passport office stating, due to a shortage of personnel, the passport
office is closed.Livid, you bet! And I let the, as I called them, frickin’ bureaucrats
know it. I’m sure they got a good chuckle out of my fit.Went to the District Clerks office and got it done.Think I’ll send this to the Postmaster as well, unless Ol’
Steve is the Postmaster.Your government in action…
