I must agree very incompetent I've had a package that was sent to me from Vermont we're supposed to receive it on the 27th and for some reason it got sent back to Vermont so the lady at the post office up there which is a very small town so everybody knows everybody but she was very very kind she sent the package back and it got stuck in transit in New Hampshire so I called our post office in pottsboro to see if they could help me I mean really here we are on the the 4th of the month of the next month now no help whatsoever didn't care so I called the lady up in Eden Vermont and she called where the package was and got it moving again so this morning I wake up and my package is going to be delivered today hopefully our mail carriers and pottsboro screw up on male constantly out here our mail will be in different mailboxes two or three houses down and I just totally don't care we will all called the post office several times and nothing that has ever changed with this being such a small town you would think that they would care but they really don't and that just really bothers me

I received the best service from the kindest gentleman today. My package was marked invalid address because I have a PO Box and the item was shipped to my street address. Fortunately the pkg was still in the post office and the gentleman took care of it for me. Kudos to the employees of this post office - the best I’ve seen in the 20+ years I’ve lived here

The girl who filled in for our regular mail lady marked my package as attempted delivery but she made no attempt. We were here and our gate was open. She also didn't bother leaving any instructions on how to get it...because she didn't bother with my package at all. Now I have to wait until after mother's day to get it. I am NOT happy about it!!!!

On 4-26-2021, I get the notifications of the exact mail that I am suppose to get for each day. On this specific day I got everything but the most important parcel that was listed. I have tried calling the post office but no one will answer the phone. I have called at least 20 times. You can't leave a voicemail. I work a normal job with normal hours and can't make it to the post office before they close. How do they misplace mail?

I did not receive my mail for 1-15-2021. I was notified of four letters should have been delivered. Regards, Daniel F Neal 340 Kennon Ln My mail box is very visible before the road. My address mail box is toward the end of road. Please this is the second time I have been overlooked. The mail lady Karen knows where it is located and all others too.

On November 13, 2020 I placed a get well card for my grand daughter with $20 enclosed in your mail drop box. It still has not arrived in Little Elm, TX. This is the second time I have had this problem with your post office. The first being an envelop I mailed inside which did not arrive in Little Elm for weeks until I complained. I was in hopes that using the drop box would eliminate the problem. The last time this happened I vowed not to use your post office again but it was necessary and truth be told, I shouldn't be fearful of using a post office. Thank you

I have two people that haven’t received their mail from me. One I sent a week ago and one I sent two weeks ago! I videotaped me dropping it in the drop box so I KNOW exactly when I dropped them off and I have proof.
