Horrible conversation with the so called post master today about my packages being tossed on my door step. I have never had a USPS driver just come up to my door and toss my package on the ground. No matter where I am in my house, I know when he drops off a package. My 4yr old daughter also knows when a box comes in because she hears it from her room. I'M SICK OF THIS. She was rude, she told me basically that I was lying because I didn't have it on camera, that I was lying because he has been the ONLY driver for our address (which is a complete lie, we may have had one or two as a fill in) but I will be reporting her.

I received tracking notice that my package was an attempted delivery today 11/13/2018 at 6;58pm. We were home and nobody bothered to honk, it also said a notice was left in the mailbox . There was absolutely no mail in the mailbox. I would like to know who’s mailbox the delivery driver left it in. I will be at the post office first thing in the morning to try and locate my package. The delivery drivers need to be more careful and quit being lazy.

I missed a verified mail letter on Jan 25, 2018 and called the number on the slip that walked me thru how to set up and schedule redelivery .. confirmation number in hand YET NO DAMN MAIL SINCE!! I HAVE BEEN CALLING ALL MORNING AND THE NUMBER RINGS CONTINUALLY UNTIL GOES BUSY?!? WHY HAVE A NUMBER LISTED IF YOU HAVE NO INTENTION OF ANSWERING .. SUGGESTION HIRE SOMEONE TO SIMPLY ANSWER THE PHONES

Whoever is running the route I'm on needs retraining! this week (04Dec-09Dec17) they have delivered my neighbors mail to me and I have no idea where my mail is! I have delivered my neighbors mail to them and on 1 day received mail from my neighbor, this is unacceptable. I have a very important parcel that was returned to me but the second one is missing and its your carriers fault, this will cost me $150.00 and I will seek reimbursement from you. I have a weeks worth of mail missing, mostly due to the incompetence of your carrier but if my neighbors are tossing it because there too lazy to drop it by we have a Federal crime and I want it investigated.

My package was not left on porch or front door it was left on a stack of bricks i have near my trash cans behind my car where i could not see it from my door i knew it was delivered because i searched it on line so i had my son look for it and it was by my trash cans on some bricks we had stacked back there if she had honked the horn i would of come out if she didnt want to walk to my door. There is one mail lady who does her job so great she is tall has curly short hair and glasses i love when she delivers because she honks and comes to the door an does her job so well i wish i knew her name. We do pay money for these packages this was my sons b-day gift and was important.

I don't understand why I can't get my mail daily. I have bills in my mailbox that still aren't picked up. Santa Fe post office is terrible. I only get mail every couple days

Why can you not follow requests on delivery! My packages have to call me, now my hatching eggs will be scrambled eggs and no good to me. This is way too often y'all have ruined my eggs.

Why isn't Santa fe TX post office open on Saturday when Hitchcock post office is? This is a disgrace. We need it open for a few hours on Saturday. Some of us work m-f

Over the last 6months at least my mail is not delivered on daily bases. If there are any packages they're not getting dropped at correct address. They're taken back to post office instead of dropping at number on address. Besides the fact money was never returned for stamps not delivered as well.

if rudy's auto service front doors are closed the back doors are open maybe it's time to hire some new employees with energy and willing to walk instead of just wanting to sit in there vehicle ?

No mail was delivered on M 1/2 yesterday Aug. 26, 2013. What happened? Will ther be mail service today, Tuesday Aug. 27, 2013 for our street?
