Mi paquete marca que llego pero yo nunca recibí nada ,que tengo que hacer si pague un seguro por ese paquete

I am looking out my window to see when and if a mailman passes bye, moved here to San Benito. Off Lozano street and I need to know when they pass bye. And do they come everyday?

Hola, tengo una pregunta mejor dicho una inquietud, el 26 de junio de este año mande una carta, mejor dicho coloque una carta en el buzón de mi casa , ese día estaba lloviendo mucho era la primera vez que mandaba una carta de este modo, pues resulta que nunca vi al muchacho del correo postal pasar.. la puse a mediodía y ala 1 pm vi qué pasó alguien muy pegado al frente de mi casa.. al día siguiente pasó el trabajador del correo postal y le pregunté si el se había llevado la carta que puse en mi buzón , el contesto que si pero la carta que envié jamás llegó a su Destino ,ya hace una semana , solo llevaba una hoja y llevaba algo importante ,la envíe a un centro de Detención en los Fresnos , vivo en la calle Norte Resaca Drive , fui hoy a reportar esto que me pasó a la oficina postal ,el señor que me atendió me dijo que no podía hacer nada pues no tengo ningún comprobante no pueden hacer ninguna investigación,pero yo estaba pensando que podían buscar quien cubrió esa ruta en esa semana del 22-27 de junio, solo quiero saber si llegaría a Port Isabel Detention Center y que allí le están deteniendo la carta o realmente jamás llegó a manos del correo postal y me la ayan robado De mi buzón. Ojalá me puedan ayudar. Gracias por su atención.

I have been waiting all day for a package that I badly needed. The mail came before 2P.M. My package was not there. Then I get an alert that it was not deliver at 4:26 P.M. because there was no access to the delivery site. I have been waiting for them to bring the package back. This is a private home. There is access and I have been waiting for them to bring my package back. I think that they are just too lazy to turn around and deliver the package.

I GOT 2 PACKAGE WITH TRACKING NUMBER 9410809699937851525839 AND 9405511298370672869037 UNDER MY NAME MANUEL CASTELLANOS SELLERS SEND TO 405 E MILITARY HWY 281 LOS INDIOS,TX 78567 BUT THEY DONT SHOW MI PO BOX IS 159 COULD SEND THOSE TO THAT PO BOX. THANK YOU

2nd time my package says it’s delivered but it is not in my mailbox they put other peoples mail in my box 🤬🤬🤬

I’m tired of the bad service...l just move to San Benito few months ago and is the 4th package that said that it was delivered to me and it’s nothing in my mailbox...l went to talk to the manager and they can only say on the sistem said that it was delivered on your mailbox

Mi paquete dice que llego y no aparece

I came to San Benito post office at 3:45 pm, i needed to send an item through customs to be shipped to Canada. A young thin male with no name tag gave me a form and didnt explain it to me. He then left to the back for 10 minutes as i waited and waited, a line formed. I then pressed the bell and still waited long! This man was rude and seemed to not want to be there.

El servicio nunca me ha fallado.. o hasta hoy es lo que paso. Mi paquete que dice que se supone se llego el sabado aun no llega.

My route carrier lost my package on the 2nd or 3rd of Dec 2015. However the postmaster stated that it was delivered, which it was not. They seem to work real well together when they mess-up and cover for each other, which is often. I have no respect for the USPS, San Benito, Texas 78586

Muy mal servicio el "supervisor" dice tener 14 años trabajando no parece, contesta el telefono enojado no hace nada por ayudar al cliente con los paquetes, ademas se pone a discutir con los clientes ????

My packages are always torn open when they arrive. I've had packages marked delivered to me even though I have to call in have the post office look for them.The mail man NEVER closes my mailbox and I have to constantly get my mail out of the gutter and chase it down the road. Also my mail man won't exit his vehicle to deliver certified mail, but he will leave notes in my mailbox stating that they missed me.l
