This clerk was so rude to me because i didn't have my slip he said he didn't know how i could have lost my slip in 24 hours was very sarcastic. He of course refused to answer any of my questions because the package was not in my name. So when i took my son because the package was under his name looks at his id laughed at the situation definitely made my son very uncomfortable. I did bring it to his attention how he was being very rude and that i would be submitting a complaint he said he had been there 12 years and no one has been able to get rid of him yet and winked his eye at me. I felt so uncomfortable and very offended he definitely has no customer services skills and should not be representing our local post office.
I noticed that some addresses on W. Colorado Ave in Rio Hondo, TX, did not have a mail box in front of the house, so I was wondering if mail would be delivered to the address or they were required to get p.o. box?
Customer service is horrible. The guy that works there is very rude when asked a question and respond to you bothered or sighs and the lady in charge just as well she thinks she owns the post office.
I was there the other day she handed a package to a gentleman right at closing and then when she finished with him I also haf a package anf she told me I had to come back that is ridiculous
