We have not been receiving mail delivery on a daily basis. I've worked at Aladdin for 16 years and y'all have always delivered. We are trying to run a business and mail delivery is an important aspect. We've always had dependable service that we've relied on. Not receiving mail and not being able to send it out effects our business negatively. We are open from 8:30-5:30pm, plenty of time for delivery, it's almost 5pm and no mail. I've tried to call about the issue, no answer. I hope this comment gets to someone who can help us resolve this issue.

This location is a joke. The people that work there are lazy and stupid, even by government employee standards. No one EVER answers the phone. I have gone down in person to find out why they just stopped delivering mail to MY LEGAL ADDRESS in one of the most expensive neighborhoods in the city. Shrug. These idiots have tossed my TX driver's license, voter registration cards and 1099s from Fidelity needed to file my taxes. I have even filed grievances with the Postmaster General, to no avail. Good work if you can get it, eh? I am a caregiver for an elderly aunt. She was excitedly waiting for a pair of shoes she had ordered from a catalog. Of course we are on the training route so there is ZERO accountability. A woman was delivering that day and I asked her where my aunt's package was (scheduled for delivery that day). She told me that packages were in her truck parked two houses down the street. She waved at it and said, "I deliver the mail in my pouch and then if I FEEL LIKE IT, I deliver the boxes." Well, she didn't FEEL LIKE IT FOR TWO MORE DAYS. You people should be disgusted with yourselves but I doubt you have the presence of mind to care. Everyone, do yourself a favor and don't move into the neighborhoods serviced by this branch of the Federal Government.

First of all, let me say how crappy this location is. Your customer service skills are horrific and I have no clue how any of y’all have a job here, we would be better off if this location was completely shut down, and the overall handling of mail and packages. I had a package delivered through the Amazon app, which was carried through USPS, and it was not delivered to me like it said. Someone went to the post office here at this location and picked up the package, without my knowledge or permission. This should not be permissible at a federal facility, especially it being one that millions use. What happened to the traditional show a freaking I.D. And signature for packages. This is absurd and I definitely feel uncomfortable even using this location further.

I live in the training area for Laurel Heights. Mail us being Misdelivered every single there day. J return others mail but nobody does it for me. I'm missing countless pieces of mail, it's put me in a hole, all because of lazy ass workers. Give me the job and I'll run circles around all of you

This place is a joke, yesterday no one received mail down our street mind you its a small street nothing big like Monte Vista, at least the post office could have made a statement to advise our neighbors no mail would be delivered!!! Been calling the office since 8am its 946am now and no one answers have all the call logs. Spoke to a postal inspector and shes a joke drinking her coffee and yawning, cant take the darn complaint unless its 2 days without no email, bet if it was someone from Monte Vista they would be taking down the complaint real quick!!! And where is my package that shows it was delivered!!!! And Carlos is very rude and condescending employee!! Lacks social and customer skills!! BTW my spouse is a police officer, there were no calls or sirens alerting of potential drive by and no one in this vicinity reported anything on the RING app or the nex

This post office will not take responsibility for the incompetence of their mailmen. The are always placing the wrong mail in my mailbox and it's not even an address in the neighborhood. I just received my mail from my next door neighbor, she had all my mail in her box, what the HELL?!!!!!

Been calling the Laural Heights Postal Office. The line is constantly busy, so I tried the 1-800 number ...I've been on hold for over 30 minutes! What's the deal? This is my issue: You put a key in my post office box to get my package. I tried to open the box to take out my package and the key got stuck and I can't get my packages! How much longer do I have to wait on the line? Or do you not answer any of your phones?
