The problem is with the entire postal facility on Joint Base San Antonio 2492 Stanley Road. The facility is never open the mail sits and is not put in the mailboxes. They cannot get anyone to open the facilities during business hours. There's usually one person working and that person cannot take a lunch or if they do take a lunch they shut down the facility all together. The lines are long which is understandable however if you were open during the proper times as stated on the facility then the lines wouldn't be a problem. This is beyond poor business practice for the United States Post Office. If I can rate this post office on the installation of zero I would. I will continue to go up the chain of command to find out what can be done to get this facility running during business hours as posted on the facility. The workers in the facility are amazing workers however if the post office is not open what are customers supposed to do. The manager where is he or she they need to do a thorough check at this facility this facility is absolutely horrible.

I’m not understanding why my package was turned into the post office on a military base...how am I suppose to get my mail if I’m not in the military? I just wasted 50+ dollars on bath and body works and can’t get the items...that doesn’t make sense to me.
