My tracking says it was delivered, it was not. All I got was a key in the box with nothing inside. The item was 251.96$ if I don’t get a response I will file a police report. Today again I got a key with an empty box. 92612902712121543422946697 3421 Ponca Path San Angelo, Texas 76901-1611

Just notified they could not deliver because "Delivery attempted - no access to delivery location". Now keep in mind I have an extra large mailbox, and property video cameras. Guess what,no USPS vehicle even drives by 10 mins before to 10 mins after the entered delivery attempt time in Informed Delivery notifications. Would this be falsifying federal records?? No delivery attempt was tried. Would like a supervisor to contact me.

Me and several neighbors have had many packages delivered to wrong address. I have walked numerous pieces of mail to the correct one that was delivered to my house. I have also watched from my front door as one of MY packages was delivered to my neighbors house. Luckily no ody lived there at the time and I was able to go retrieve it. Sure enough it had my name on it. I have lost several items because the mail is all jacked up. I'm not sure if it is an issue with the sorters or the postmaster but I am beyond sick of this and extremely frustrated. Who do I talk to yo get this fixed. I can't waste anymore money on other people's mistakes.

I have the same trouble. I walked clear down the road to deliver a bunch of mail recently to a neighbor. Then I took the mail the other day to a neighbor 2 houses down and he was glad to get that book. Now I am missing a shipment of personal checks that were ordered weeks ago. Why can't the USPS get it together?

Our mail carrier is constantly cramming packages into our regular mailbox. Yes, they fit into the box in her side but, there is a ‘lip’ on our side that prevents us from retrieving our packages. There are FOUR large boxes at our location for larger packages and she refuses to use them! I have left notes for her politely explaining what was happening. In one instance I received a reply basically saying “it fit, so I left it.” I am beyond frustrated at this point. Who reads these complaints and, is anything ever done about them? I guess I’ll find out.

I had a package that was suppose to be delivered by a local courier but it was never attempted delivery to my address. We have just lost our father to Covid19 and our mother is currently fighting Covid19. We sent my son to pick up the package that stated it had been returned to local office to be picked up. The agents at the office were rude and disrespectful. They said he couldn't pick up the package because it didn't have his name on it but he has an ID that states the exact address that is on the package. I have tried to call the office and 800 number without avail. How can anyone that is dealing with this life threating disease can get what they need to survive. I will be calling and speaking to higher levels within the department. I am an essential worker for Amazon and I can guarantee heads would roll if a customer didn't get their package.

We have a community mailbox and 4 parcel mailboxes. The driver that does our neighborhood put the keys to open the parcel boxes in our neighbors mailbox which had our packages and also our mail. Need to be better at looking at the addresses inside the mailboxes.

I never received my water bill last month. I thought it was an oversight at the water dept until West Central Wireless didn't receive my check and my grandson in Oklahoma didn't get the mail I sent him. I mailed both checks from the P.O. drop box on Beauregard and Harris. 6/7/20

I want to know why I'm not getting my grocery adds in Wednesday's mail like we used to. Other people in Grapecreek report they are getting theirs but we haven't gotten any in more than a month. Are the carriers getting lazy about delivering bulk mail?

I deposited 4 letters on Oct. 28, with checks in them, and none of them have gone thru the bank. I mailed them in a USPS container on Sherwood Way in San Angelo Tx. Are they still picking up the mail at that location?
