your communications efforts are incredibly poor. The phone number doesn't work/ is incorrect. Trying to call the main USPS number has at least a 40 minute wait. I just need to speak with someone specifically at Goodfellow AFB about sending something overnight to someone stationed there, and there is no way to actually get an answer to what should be a simple question. No wonder there is such a negative impression of USPS!
