where can I get a flag for my mail box to indicate mail going out for mail carrier???

I submitted a survey earlier today. This was abt Saginaw, Tx post office. Postal clerk #14. “Herman”. I should have waited on the survey. I went to the post office to address what happened midday to my husband regarding being shortchanged. Herman immediately counted his drawer, resulting a $10.00 overage. He was very kind and professional. “I was wrong and he was right, when he told me to he gave me a $20.00.” “I apologize!” Handed me 2 five dollar bills. I told him I had already submitted a survey, but would make it right when I get home.

Someone has been opening my mail, my checks especially, they are paystubs, but why are they going through my mail?

No one delivering the packages on time, staff doesn't give a shit. And NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! They leave it off the hook 247 so no one can call for help or answers. Absolutely bullshit people working here. Quit hiring lazy non working and non communicative people.

I am encouraging everyone in my circle to write their congressman to ELIMINATE the bloated USPS and go private. Why? Because the USPS seems to hire layabouts unwilling to care about their responsibilities in regard to postal service. Not all employees of course but it seems systemic. Amazon contractors deliver on time with precision one would expect in the modern era. Even FedEx out performs while using usps employees! My guess is because THEY ARE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. You can complain or try to call if they bother to put the phone back on the hook and there is a feeling your call is being heckled with eye rolls and indifference. If the unions are a root cause of this then it seems to me and my circle of friends that the solution is to go private and release these near do wells to work in some other field where caring and indifference might be valued and the private sector can hire the good employees back into the marketplace. Sadly USPS's time is up and the momentum for this reality is gaining speed due to the ability to compare the CONSISTENT level of service seen in the private sector versus the USPS. 40% of our packages arrive later (like 1-2days) than the USPS out for delivery notifications. Patheric!

Having lots of issues with my mail being delivered to my neighbors. Also, I receive a lot of my neighbors mail as well. You cannot speak to anyone when you call the PO either. How in the world do you get issues addressed? Help!

Worst postal carrier ever! Thinks it is o.k. not to close the mailbox. Has no respect for protecting my privacy. Even drove up one afternoon to an OPEN MAILBOX with the Mail sticking half way out of it! I live in a new construction area with many non-residential contractors driving around. The USPS had a responsibility to protect privacy. It used to be an honor to work at the post office. I guess they will hire anybody now.

Really frustrated! Had a package rush shipped to my home for an occasion which is TODAY. Package tracking says it was delivered and left in my mail box on Thursday which was great news except it wasn't delivered! No mail was delivered! Figured I'd get it in today's mail at least but nope, mail came.. No package. Called the shipper, notes state that it will try to be redelivered on Tuesday. This is too late for me because I needed it TODAY. Post office is closed and I'm now out of my items and options. I'm going to complain for sure but that will still not do me any good for today. I'm just utterly ticked off!

I don't understand why my certified packages can not be delivered on time to my residents, I have ask several times at Post Office in Saginaw, why carriers do not /knock/ring bell, just leave tag on door saying they tried to make delivery. We are home ever day, except on weekends.I will contact my local Postmaster to help remedy this problem.

Ok now what. It is after 8:00pm on 3/9/15 still no mail. I will be filling out a complaint with the postmaster General. I will find one closer then DC. But if not then I will write as many letters for every day I don't get mail. I will start by calling tomorrow. Then will follow up with letters. Come on everyone lets g e t our mail.

What's going on with the mail service? My neighbor and I haven't received any mail (not even junk mail) since last Wednesday, March 3, 2015.

No mail service since 2/26/15, sure bad weather on Saturday. BUT what is the deal with today. It is after 7pm and the bills are still in the mailbox since 2/26/15 at 8:30am.

They chose to add a new postal carrier the day of my wife's birthday. I've lived here for 14 years and we got 4 pieces of mail from the street over, which I delivered. I question whether her birthday cards were delivered elsewhere? I've got to trust that someone else will not keep gift cards, if delivered to them by mistake. Guess they can deliver through rain, sleet or snow, just to what address, who knows? Very unreliable, shoddy service.
