I lost my mail key Can you help me to see how Can I get a new one?

I paid for two day shipping expected delivery date is 1/31. It is now February 8th and this facility did not update ANYTHING. I opened a claim and my local usps contacted me and I was told they didn’t receive anything or any further updates from this location. I don’t understand why this location haven’t updated anything atleast. Telling me it’s running late is not enough THATS OBVIOUS!! I needed my package a week ago!!

Need mail box lock changed over a week ago and nothing has happened since. Just wondering when it might be changed. Thanks.

My mail has been stuck at your distribution center for over a month can someone please contact me I can’t get through my phone.

We continually get our neighbor's mail which is PLAINLY ADDRESSED with their correct address and DO NOT RECEIVE the mail that is shown online to be delivered to our address. Does the Carrier need EYEGLASSES or What ???

I have been in my home since July 2002 (19 years). We have apartment mailboxes with keys for the residents on my street. Sometime between May 22nd and May 29th 2021 our mailbox lock was changed. There was no service request neither a notification that it would be changed. Getting through to customer service is a pain in the butt, a million options but not one to fit my needs. This issue needs to be corrected ASAP!!!!!!!!!!

Put mail forwarding request in starting May 8,2021, it is now May 28,2021 still no mail

Poor at Best: Two envelopes mailed at the same time at the same post office, one registered the other sent regular mail.. The regular mail shows up within two days. The registered envelope is missing now for five days beyond its stated date of delivery. Why, well because it has two cashier checks for $1,000.00 each,...naturally.

My package was mail out on the 8th to Japan. Here it is the 21st and nothing. Had to call to report this because I got a text saying my package was delivered on the 17th to Fort Worth, TX 76135. Why would a International package be delivered to Fort Worth, TX 76135 As a matter of fact I live in Fort Worth, TX 76135. They said they would be investigating this. Makes me wonder how long this will take. How does someone lose a package weighting almost 39 pounds? Just praying my package gets found. :(

I have a package that has been sitting in this location for 12 days. I can’t get an answer on the phone to help me figure out what I can do.

I placed an order that was coming from North Carolina to Wichita Falls, TX. It got from NC to this Fort Worth branch in 2 days, but has been sitting in this facility "pending acceptance" for 8 days. I suppose the employees at this location don't want to have to deal with angry customers due to their poor service, so they simply don't answer the phone. I have called repeatedly, thinking that they will eventually get sick of hearing the phone ring and pick it up, but they don't seem to care at all. What a shame that our tax dollars are paying for this complete lack of service.

I have been tracking my shipment since it left St. Louis, Mo and when I saw that it had left the Ft. Worth Distribution center and was received in Burkburnett, Texas on the morning of 5/23/2020; I presumed I would receive my package that day or possibly by Tuesday the 26th( as it is only 10 miles away!) When I looked again tracking shows it has been sent BACK to Ft. Worth!! I live in Iowa Park, Texas and the shipping address is correct so why is the package travelling back and forth across Texas?!!!

forget hold, I can't get through. This week will be 1 month that the product is stuck in this facility. What's the deal with this location. Aargh

I have been checking my shipment from Walmart for more than a week and they tell me that my package takes around 5 days or more in your locality, I would like to know why it takes so long to send it. Obviously we are going through a very delicate situation, but even so the packages are supposed to move and nothing is moving. I hope ok of course having to wait a month or more for an item that apparently arrived in 2 days. Very poor service.

I ordered a package (from Georgia) to be delivered to my grandaughter (in FTW) on 4/8... It is 4/10 and the package was rcvd at MarkIV location on 4/6... no updates on the delivery of said package. Tracking says "Package Acceptance Pending" What exactly does that mean.. I am tired to calling to get hang ups from 817-317-3701... 800-ASK-USPS does no good either.. endless recordings and zero call backs when asked.. What exactly does this mean on this package and WHEN WILL IT BE DELIVERED!

I live on Kings Canyon Circle FTW 76134 Our cluster boxes have been vandalized and we have had no mail service for 2 months. We must go to Wedgewood station to pick up mail. When queried, no one knows when they will be back in service. How long will this lack of service go on. I’m disabled and this is a hardship. I’m a retired postal worker

I scheduled a pickup for today of multiple military Christmas boxes. They were not picked up after sitting here all day waiting! They need to be in the mail now!! If I reschedule will they come?? I guess I have to haul them all to the PO myself...not happy!

how do I start a general delivery at this location? I am in the 76116 zip code near the Cherry lane post office.

Wondering if there are any plans for a cruise that might be coming up.

Did not receive mail delivery Monday January 22, 2018. Monday's are our heaviest mail receipt day. Still no delivery as of 2:27 p.m. on Tuesday January 23, 2018. Tried calling 817-317-3701 listed on website. My call rang 14 times then was disconnected. Are you open?
