My oldest son (whom always lived with me)would retrieve the mail. He died March28,2019. Since then I guess the carrier decided since I’m 98 years old I no longer need mail 🤷🏽‍♀️. I have not gotten mail unless it’s a temp carrier. Isn’t that age discrimination ? If it helps, my other disabled son is only 69 yrs old ( and lives with me also) if that age isn’t too old too to receive mail. I have called the post office & it rings & no one answers. I can’t place a complaint because the automated voice tells me because of Covid - that virus wasn’t around here in 2019. Someone please help

I will be calling again this morning to let you know that AGAIN the postal employee missed my place of business. Whenever, my usual carrier is not doing his route, I run the risk of the temporary carrier not coming into my business to pick up mail. I realize that they do not HAVE TO come in if they do not have mail to deliver but I think this is an AWFUL policy as businesses have mail that needs to be sent out!

Sent a package to my brother. It was supposed to be delivered on 9/13/18. I looked it up and it said out for delivery. It never showed up. Checked to day and no statis. A bit later, it showed delivered. A minute later, it showed the business was closed. Tried to call Rosenberg, TX PO, but no answer on the phone. Tried for 10 minutes. I guess they are out for a coffee break.

I have been a postal customer in Rosenberg, Tx since 1979 and have had no complaints. However, since my regular carrier retired last year, I have had 3 incidents of non-delivery. The two most recent were in the last week and included my phone bill and a personal letter from a friend. How can I determine where does articles ended up? The first incident was a package from an online purchase and that company replaced the product that was lost.

I live in Grand Mission area and recently my packages don't get delivered on time. I would get a notice from fedex that my packages have been delivered by USPS but they don't show up until 5 days later. Today's case was strange. I opened my mailbox this morning while out jogging. Saw some mails but figured I would come back later in the day and get them. When I came back at 4pm, the mails were gone. I'm not sure who to report these situations to. I'm convinced there must be a new mail man/lady or that our usual one is on vacation. I hope someone reads this and sort it out somehow. Because I need my mails but have to wait til Monday to see if they reappear back in my box.
