I just wanted to send out a special thank you to my current and previous postmen, Kendall and Nate. I've been a resident of my community for seven + years and really appreciate the courteousness, professionalism, and respect that these two gentlemen have for customers who are on their route. Both of these young men actually take the time to remember the names of their customers and never pass by you without a hearty and welcoming hello and always ask how your doing (Nate isn't on my direct route but does deliverin the neighborhood, and when he sees you he acknowledges you with respect still). This is a service that you normally do not receive from most in today's society, and for these young men to actually remember names and show this form of respect should definitely be recognized and set as a standard for others in your organization. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK KENDALL AND NATE.....you are very much appreciated.

The lights all around the post office building and parking lot are not illuminated- it makes for a very scary visit as soon as the sun goes down. Please make this an immediate priority!

Hello, My name is Carlos Coyote. I stayed at 250 Municipal Dr, Richardson, Tx 75080 for a couple of months but I am currently living in Garland. I spoke with the hotel and I was advised that they returned may mail to Richardson Postal Service Office. Could I pick up my mail at the office? Thank you!

I dropped two identical packages off at this post office, same drop box, 24 hours apart. One was scanned, tracked, and delivered, the other went missing. I was given a phone number and told, "You can call this number, but it won't do any good." That's some Third World BS right there.

from a concerned Richardson resident. The mail box in Arapaho Village has been moved and in order to put mail in the box - you must get out of your automobile. Please reset it. There are so few boxes in Richardson.

Mailed documents to our Richardson branch office the on 12/18/20 and this branch still has not received anything. These documents were not returned to us and have not been delivered. Would like to know the status of this delivery!!!

Had mail out for pickup yesterday, Dec. 5, but was not picked up. I received no mail yesterday. Put same 4 outgoing letters out today Dec. 6. I checked my incoming box when I returned from an appointment and had received several pieces of mail, two which were large envelopes. When I checked my box further I found that the same 4 letters were still in my outgoing box. This is unacceptable! And cannot be done accidently! (One day his wife/girlfriend was walking my block with him.) I will now have to make a trip to the post office so my bill payments will not be late. This is unacceptable!

Have been trying to get a hold of the main post office, since last Friday. Have not been able to contact you due to your lack of response. You the post office are a joke. First mail doesn’t get delivered - my complain - secondly you don’t answer phone nor do you have a recording to answer - 972-235-4695. What more can I say. Your mail delivery is just as bad as you are answering

The last 3 times we’ve put outgoing mail in our box, the postal driver doesn’t take it. He speeds by with earbuds in, talking on the phone and quickly puts in our mail - not collecting outgoing mail!
