An appointment means nothing, this place is the DMV of post offices. Be prepared to wait even in the morning and even when there’s no one else to service - they will still make you wait. 1 hour, 2 hours, no wait is too long for this crew and the passport office is the crown jewel. You thought doctors office waits were bad, well check this place out. I just notified Guinness and they’re looking into whether they set the record for longest wait. Apparently they already hold the worst customer service record. Half a star.

Have enrolled in Priority Mail for 8 weeks received someone elses mail from a PO box at Richland Station instead of my own mail. Had to contact the company in Dallas and found out how to forward CO mail to someones home. Low and behold they had my mail in their Richland Station mail. Employees need to double check who's mail theiy put into Priority Mail envelope. Hope to get my own mail this week..

I have been kinda quite since the COVID stuff start regarding my mail being delivered to the wrong house. Several times in the past couple of months, I have been receiving wrong mail and I have to chased down the Post person to give it to her/him. I noticed yesterday that we did not receive any mail...so I said great no bills! Well, this morning someone put the mail on my bench that was delivered to a wrong address. Sometime there are important mail that no one other than the person that is addressed to should see and be known about. Post personnel should make sure that they are delivering mail to the correct house!!!!!!!

This post office failed to deliver priority envelopes twice to my daughters apartment, claiming they had ' No access to Delivery Location'. There is an entire bank of mailboxes, so the excuse is bogus. This post office does not answer the phone, so I can't find out why the failed delivery. Very poor service.
