To the person this corresponds to, i am really disappointed with the presidio office management, they are not helpful at all always with a really bad attitude and also really rude, even with older people, we all have bad days but they are just something else, Mrs.Sanchez has all the presidio community disappointment, everybody just hoping for her soon retirement. Thank you so much I just hope somebody take care of this situation.

Definitely a terrible service! I had to wait one while week before I could pick up an ordered item after it was delivered! Don't get me started on the workers personalities. No one ever helps and often postpone any service because they are "too busy"

Just moved here a year ago and I've been experiencing some bad service. 1) I have a business to run that requires me to send off item often. I usually use the First Priority Envelopes. This post office is by far the worst in keeping their only shipping supplies booth restocked. Every time I go I have to get in line (which is usually very long because they only have ONE person working the front desk) and wait anywhere from 25-30 minutes just to get an envelope. At one point a lady told me she couldn't give me more than what I needed (so I can take home and avoid long lines). My assumption is she was probably too lazy to go get more from the back. Another thing. What is up with my packages not being sent out? I dropped off two prepaid packages on Monday after 2 (last pick up time). I knew it wouldn't go out until Tuesday morning. Well, it's Tuesday night already and my customers are complaining about why their packages haven't been scanned yet for tracking!!! Many people here in Presidio complain about their post office. Now I know why. Is anyone going to anything about this? Or is this comment like the other ones going to be ignored? Either the manager needs to be replaced at this location or their training needs to be retouched. Perhaps they need to hire more people. I've heard our location doesn't hire more people to satisfy the community needs because USPS or whoever is in charge of funding won't fund more. This is outrageous and downright wrong.

Worst post office in the country. The Postmaster is extremely rude and unprofessional. She has made it policy to scan and mark packages ready for pickup while it takes two extra days to actually put the package in the box. She is trying to cover up the PO inefficiency and general lack of organization. When people paying for expedited shipping and it takes an extra two days to actually "deliver" the package because everyone's working in neutral. This has been going on for over 2 years, ever since the new Postmaster arrived. Only in the government can a person who is so incompetent still have a job that basically punishes thousands of people.

I show up at the post office at the opening time 10:00 am and the two ladies at the time I show up, were busy placing stamps and doing other office activities, I went to the front and ask one of the ladies that I need it to send some letterers and the Lady in shift response to me very rude that she was busy and she didn't have time to help me at this time, I told her that if I could wait there while she finish it what she was doing and she said that it was ok but she was going to be really busy and it was going to be about 30 minutes before she could help me, I say that it was ok and a different lady came back from the back of the offices and ask me to move back to the waiting line that I was in the wrong place and I was Interrupting the other lady, she use a very rude way to said that I was on the wrong place I didn't say nothing and I move back the the waiting line, I wait about other 20 minutes before they call me and it was about 10:40 when they finally assist me, I don't want to mention these lady's names but they should be better polite with the people, they are getting pay to do a service and they act like they own the post office, I make this comment to so any one will share their comments and this ways these lady's will be discipline the way they need to be.
