I placed an envelope in the blue collection box located outside 1 week ago and it still has not been picked up. I tried tracking via the label receipt and there isn't any info on it. The collection box was almost full at the time I mailed the envelope so now I'm starting to think that the post office hasn't been getting the mail out of it.
We can't use the key to open the mailbox and pick up our mails, the mailbox has been locked for a month. We have an important letter from county. I have called this post office @ 281-412-4548 several times. But the mailbox is still locked. is anyone know the daily schedule the post man delivers mails. I am going to meet postman at the mailboxes.
Fcking terrible. Never pays attention. The mail lady ALWAYS mixes up my mail and they are never in a rush to fix the problem. Always putting it on the customers to fix the problem instead of their employees.

12/9/20 received an order in my mailbox that came in a brown envelope but the envelop was sliced open and the product was missing! However the postal worker left me with a wonderful surprise of an empty envelope. Who does that! I would really appreciate my product.
The key left for my package receptacle doesn’t work. I tried leaving the mail person a note and she left the exact same key again on my box. I tried to call the post office and they keep handing up on me. The phone system doesn’t work either.
We live at 2110 Pearl Bay ct. For as long as I can remember our mail and the and the persons mail at 2210 are going to the wrong house. At least once a week we have to exchange mail. FIX IT! This has been going on for years.
Today 05/11/2019, I received at notice stating that the post office attempted to deliver at package to my door requiring signature. Both my wife and mother-in-law do not work and are homemakers, we live at this address together. Therefore there is NO possible way this was attempted by the postal worker. I even have a doorbell camera through Vivint that proves NO ONE came to my door. I understand this probably doesn’t matter to anyone there seeing that as a former USPS employee policy is to scan the barcode at the door... not the street. So can this be checked? Now whatever it is probably important medication I need, I’ll have to wait for until Monday. Thanks USPS.
Notified that a package was delivered to my mail box on Monday at 8:47 PM. This morning my mail box was totally empty, no mail pieces, no key nothing.
Company that shipped the parcel confirmed again today that it was confirmed delivered last night. It is obvious to me that it was placed in the wrong mail box and confirmed in error.
On 5/7/18, we received 2 notices dated 5/3 in our mailbox. The notices said they tried to deliver the packages on 4/28. Thanks to our Ring doorbell, we know that's not the case. The notices say we have until 5/13 to pick up the packages or schedule redelivery. On 5/8, we go to pick them up, only to be told they've already returned them to the sender!! It took the post office over a week to notify us of the packages, and they returned them to the sender 5 days before the deadline they set!!! UNACCEPTABLE!
Our mail carrier for the Enlave subdision in Southern Trails consistently delivers packages to the wrong nox. Also marks items as delivered however we do not receive to days later, if at all. A couple of companies I ordered from were willing to replace my items but this was a one time thing, USPS service from the Cullen post office is horrible.
The mail carrier for my address has not picked up my mail for two days. When calling the PO to let them know about it--they say I will be on hold for over an hour. My neighbors mail has been picked up--but for some reason the carrier is driving past my mail box that has had the flag up now for 3 days. The above says comments not read by postal employees. Maybe if they were read by the employee the situation would be better. Also at least once a month I get my neighbors mail
I am VERY upset with the post office this has happened more then one time with my mail carrier has delivered my packages to the wrong house. Thank goodness the people that live there are very honest because they either bring us our packages or we go and pick them up from them and we do the same for them because they deliver their packages to us as well. REALLY hope they fix this problem.
In May I reported my mail box key lost and paid for replacement key. I have been going to pick up my mail at Cullen location three times a week since. Each time the employee looks to see if my key is ready. When I went yesterday I was told my name was not even on the list to have replacement key made! I cannot imagine what is going on there! E. everytime i call the line is busy then when they finally answer they put me on hold for 10 minutes. I hang up and call back and different person answers then puts me on hold right away as well. Talk about frustrating.
