This is the worst service I encountered in my life. The phone stays busy and I can't talk to no one at post office. Im poor and I don't have no gas money to running back and for to check if my unemployment check came in. My mail is on hold to ensure I receive my check. I don't have no regular mailbox. Its just really sad when you can't call a place you doing business with. Just imagine you bought a car, all of sudden it breaks down on you, just imagine you trying to call them to come get their broken car and you can't reach no one directly at the car dealership. This is example for all businesses. You should always be able to talk to someone if you have business with them. Ever time I called it's busy. Customer service cannot reach either. Just sad and I see why upsp was going out of business.

We have turned in the keys from the CBUs but the Post Office says they don't have them. We even have the receipt showing we turned the keys in. We now have homeowners not able to get their mail. This is in Pomona. Please have someone address this immediately.

The number for this post office does not work. The sellers did not give me the keys to the mailbox. I went to the post office and paid $40 to put a request to get the locks changed. Its been over a week and I have not received the keys. I cant even call in to get an update.

I just purchased a house in Lakewood Subdivision and did not receive a key to the mailbox. What do I need to do? Call locksmith or visit the postal service?

This is the second time I have had a key (to open the box for larger packages) in my mailbox and there was nothing in the box. I receive messages saying my package has been delivered but again no package in the box or front door. What going on...where’s my packages. Yes, I have ordered things and never get them!

Information on this page is not consistent with what you see at the Manvel Post Office. Their boxes state collection times are 4:30, not 5:30 as this page states. I'm going to have to wait and see if I'm charged penalties over this because my sales tax payment for my business was dropped off at 5:15. Also, the sign in the Manvel Post Office says passport services are by appointment only, where this page says it's no necessary.

They're hours are next to impossible unless you are next door . We are in an aging population and older folks get up earlier. By the time they open...half the day is over on saturday. Don't they realize people have places to go...things to do. Open earlier on Saturday and have one day a week with extended hours. Also...buy some atomic clocks. Those manual ones are set to bar time. 5 minutes too slow
