Postal Locations

Our mail continues to be plaged with 'Lost' and delivery to wrong addresses problems Our good neighbors constantly bring a piece of our mail delivered too their address. Every month at least one statement is missing and we have to call the company and make arrabgments for "late" payment. On two occasions this year Credit Card statements have "Gone Missing" God only knows who has our CC information.

Has home delivery/pick-up stopped? I live in Crown Oaks subdivision and have not receive mail since Saturday, 1/13. Yes, Monday was a holiday, but outgoing mail has been in the box since Monday night. I was able to drive to work in Cypress Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, so it couldn't have been the weather. What's going on?

Once again, This Post Office fails to perform their duties properly. Do they only pick up mail at houses on certain days? Today, I placed an envelope in my mail box, The letter carrier came ad deposited mail but once again, failed to pick up the envelope I put in the box. Yesterday, I received a piece of mail marked "Do Not Fold". Of course, it was folded, as usual. The former carrier is apparently not there anymore but she must have trained her replacement. The total incompetence thrives here.

Everyone is wonderful here! Especially my delivery person. Wish I could say the same for your phone system! I am 70 years old, have a tracking number but it is too long to remember to type in. When I say agent please it will not connect me as I can not type the number. I can give it verbally but you system does not allow this. Very fustrating!

This location is leaps and bounds ahead of any other post office I’ve ever witnessed. I think there’s a few rotten eggs that spoil it for everyone. Also, it’s best to let your letter carrier know if you need something or have a complaint. They’re not mind readers!

All mail and two packages left on edge of porch and got soaked in rain. Items ruined. All they had to do was step one more foot under porch and put packages and mail there. Xmas packages. So disappointed. Now have to send them back. Lazy!!!

No employee wears a mask. They come in contact with hundreds of people everyday. These irresponsible employees are trying to kill us all. Wby not wear a mask? It’s not difficult.

Hold up my friend ordered me soemthing and it hasn’t come in yet it was a pack of charges and it was supposed to come one June 3rd or the 4th and it’s not here yet why is it not here

I’m so furious with the post office service they put my mail on hold. I use oxygen tank because I have stage 4 cancer can’t live the house the lady who answered me is really rude they don’t want to send my mail back. Can’t drive because of the oxygen. So upsetting service.

No mail received ALL WEEK! And multiple mistakes with deliveries in the past!! Where is our mail??What have they done with it???

Address11925 Mockingbird Lane, Montgomery, Texas77356. No mail delivered all this week. Our mailbox is placed where the mail person wanted it placed when we bought this house new 3-1/2 years ago. My husband was sitting in the garage on Wednesday and mail person did not even attempt to deliver to our box. We have medication due in the mail.

Once again a failure to perform. Yesterday a Clearly marked package containing Perishable foods was dropped off on the ground in my driveway about 25 ft from the road. Several hours later my wife found the package which I had not seen but was supposedly delivered 2 hours earlier. It had been raining and package was soaked and we have no idea if it is safe to consume at this time. Our driveway is about 200 ft long and we have a covered porch outside where responsible delivery services leave items being delivered. This is not the only incident, as a relatively expensive Appliance was left in approximately the same location clearly visible from the road, and subject to possible theft previously. Our mail has been stolen in the past and found down the road from us before. Packages have been jammed into the mailbox and close to impossible to remove also. In addition, mail left for pick up is collected but the flag is not lowered indicating so, leaving us to believe that it has not been taken. There needs to be accountability and responsibility on behalf of the PO. Don't know what their training is like, but it is apparently not working!

Extremely rude staff. They won’t accept the blame for anything.

I would like to know why my mail is never picked up until 2 days later with the flag up on my mail box and I have no mail delivered until when it is convenient for them and I am self employed and get checks in the mail this is not the way the way the POSTAL SERVICE IS RAN and if this not taken care of I will take other measures, I have spoken to about this before and it was never addressed but it will be now. The subdivision is Lake Conroe Forest.

Why was mail not delivered today at 13151 Walden Rd. No one in this condo complex got any mail. It seems there is an ongoing problem with mail delivery in this complex, Inverness 2, periodically "all mail" for the complex is being put in 1 mailbox to be distributed by that resident to all residents. Several weeks ago mail was left on residents door step! The regular carrier is great but stand ins are unacceptable! What's going on? No mail today?

I don’t know why Montgomery, Texas post office even has a phone? Nobody answers it during business hours and they always hang up

I've been waiting on a package from a friend in TN, she gave me the tracking number and I looked it up. Said delivery was attempted but there was no place to put it. (There is a table under our carport that they have never had a hard time finding before) Second attempt said our receptical was blocked??? (Our mailbox is on the street and hasn't been blocked for the 17 years we've lived here) What's going on??? Is our carrier that lazy they don't want to get out of their cars to deliver packages, so they make excuses up? NOT HAPPY!!! Calling PO to report this am.

I got a notice that there was an attempt to deliver my package. That’s a load of CRAP! No one attempted to deliver shit! We have been home ALL day! Be advised this is the 3rd time a package was not delivered as paid for! I will be doing everything possible to have those involved FIRED! The Montgomery Post Office is a worthless office and the State and Fed need to shut it down!

I have mail in the box, with the flag up, waiting to be picked up for two days. I live in Walden and this has happened before

I LIVE AT 3514 HONEA EGYPT RD #11 MONTGOMERY,TX. 77316 WAITING ON PACKAGE TODAY. MAIL WAS DELIVERED BUT SAID MY PACKAGE WAS NOT. TRACKED AND MESSAGE SAID EXCEPTION. UNABLE TO DELIVER. THE MAIL CARRIER REFUSES TO DELIVER MY PACKAGES.WHY??

I have kindly asked our mail carrier to not fold and crease my magazine's. They come from the UK and cost $15 each. When he folds and creases them he ruins the cross stitch charts in the magazine. He could roll them to fit in the box. I have noticed he folds them before he even attempts to place them in the box. We live in Country Oaks Blvd and the gentleman that delivers the mail does not arrive until after 6pm and always leaves the mail box open after delivery. When the young black lady delivers she is always here no later than 4pm and always closes the box. Also is it really safe for the delivery person to be operating the van from the passengers side? Is there a safer way for the delivery person or a regular mail truck?

I haven't received mail in a week. I have items that should have been delivered, as well as weekly mailers and bills, none of which has. I have tried calling for two days now and all I get is busy signal?

Two days in a row our postal carrier drove right by our mailbox with red flag standing straight up showing something needed to be picked up. It was something that was to arrive in Waco by Tuesday. Guess since we didn't have mail she paid no attention to the flag. I could understand one time but not 2 days in a row.
