Greetings, I leave room for the delivery truck to get to my left side neighbor's box. I am confused as to why twice now the delivery driver has pushed my garbage and recycle bins in front of my driveway. Unfortunately, I have a large tree in the front easement that prevents me from placing them anywhere else for the garbage trucks to pick up - unless I want to block my and my right side neighbor's boxes. I assume the vehicles have a reverse gear and she should be able to back up and go around the garbage and recycle bins. I live on Pilgrim Dr. Kindly advise.
